Hello, fellas. I am excited to announce some new updates are coming to Eclesiar Bot today. Most new features are QOL improvements that the community has been long yearned for. Our bot has evolved further to bring you even more customizable controls without compromising on ease of use.

? Better Battle Watcher

  • More Control Options:

    • You can now ping specific user groups or monitor only the current round with the new  role and level options! Keep in mind these arguments are optional and order-free by design, so the format is a little bit different than others.
    • Example Usage:
      !watch 123 left role=everyone level=round
(Pings everyone and monitors only the current round)

  • Improved Logic:

    • Automatically stop monitoring a battle once one side has won ≥ 5 rounds.
(No need to clutter channels with unnecessary updates when the war is over!)
  • Seamless Launch:

    • Your battle subscriptions are now stored in a light-weight database. This means that now battle monitor will automatically resume its work on restart, making the bot offcially crash-safe.

One of the main complaints we received is that once the battle watcher started, this is no way to stop the damage except muting the bot temporarily. Now you absolutely can!

?️ More Commands at ease

  1. !unwatch Command:
Stop watching a specific battle or side easily!
    Usage: !unwatch
(Unsubscribe a channel from monitoring a war.)

  2. !watchlist Command:
Get a list of all active watchers for the current channel, including detailed information like sides, regions, and roles.
    Usage: !watchlist
