After thinking about it for quite a while, I’ve decided that the time has come for me to retire from Eclesiar, so this will be my last article. Before I leave, I simply want to thank all the people and countries that were part of this adventure.

To our friends and allies from Argentina, especially Dyg, Tranca, Darksoul, and Destronx, who stood by Mexico almost from the very beginning. To our friends from Spain, especially Karlos, for all the advice and for helping us for so long to improve our accounts and develop our country. Also to our friends from the URL, Soviética, Sternenlord, Olimpia, Luc, and Jajan, as well as their countries and communities; to our allies in US, Bokoman and Hazyouthere; and to the members of Passifists, such as Bruce, Passionace, etc, along with all the countries and players with whom we shared coalitions, wars, agreements, and good times.

I’m sure I’m forgetting some names, because there were many people and countries that helped Mexico at some point, or simply made my time here more enjoyable. If I didn’t mention someone, please know it’s not because I’m not grateful. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all.

And especially, thank you to elcoronel, Vice President of Mexico and my partner throughout this entire adventure. A big part of what we built in Mexico would not have been the same without him.

I’m leaving because the game started taking up too much of my time. It reached a point where it stopped feeling like a game and started feeling more like a job or an obligation. I’d rather dedicate that time to new IRL projects and close this chapter while keeping all the good memories it gave me.

___

Mexico will continue.

It is now in the hands of elcoronel, our Vice President and CEO of Grupo Bimbo, of all the citizens who are currently part of the country, and of the new players who will join Mexico in the future. I leave feeling good knowing that, together, we built a Mexico where any player, new or old, can grow, develop their account, and find a community willing to support them.

What will happen to Mexico now? I have no idea. That’s the Vice President’s problem now hahaha. Whatever happens next, I’m glad I was able to be part of this story.

Thank you to our friends, allies, teammates, rivals, and to every country that shared this journey with us. Thank you for the wars, the conversations, the alliances, the problems, the laughs, and all those hours we probably should have spent doing something more productive.

I’m leaving with a great experience and many good memories. It has been a pleasure playing with all of you.

Take care, keep enjoying Eclesiar, and please don’t destroy Mexico too quickly after I’m gone

Thank you for everything. ^^
