Greetings, dear!
Basic earnings in the game - work as an employee.
It would seem simple and why write a guide?
But it's more interesting than it looks, really.
Let's go.
Comparison of salaries with vacancies in the labor market
First of all, let’s see if your current job is really the best.
To do this, we enter the labor market, select the country in which we work and switch the switch to “All proposals” (highlighted in the red frame in the picture).

We will see all the vacancies in the country.
The first line will be the salary you can get.
It is good if your current salary is higher than the one in the first line.
If you do not have a job from the first line, you probably have not yet accepted coffee.
We go to the warehouse, we find coffee, we use it. The longer we drag with use, the less effect it will give.
No coffee in the warehouse? Trouble. At the end of the article I will tell you what to do about it.
In the meantime, back to the vacancies.
In my example, 10.10 rubles after taxes offer a job in an airline, and 9.5 rubles in a food factory. The airline is the best place to work, but is it?
The airline belongs to a player from another country, all products and profits from the enterprise will go to strengthen the Union, but another country.
The food factory belongs not just to a player from Russia, but to Russia itself. All products from the enterprise will go to strengthen the native country.
Perhaps a difference of 60 kopecks is not worth making a foreign country richer? Think about it.
All products and profits of the company go to the owner
and, accordingly, his country
Personally, I work in Moscow at an enterprise owned by a Russian holding company (currently at the RusCorp arms factory), and receive 9.5 rubles in salary. Not because I can't find more, but because that's exactly what I pay in state-owned enterprises to the players who take the coffee. Everything is fair – I, as the Minister of Labor, determine the salaries of employees of state-owned enterprises and work for the salary that I assigned to employees. I think that's fair. Why am I not working for a state-owned company, but for RusCorp? I don't know. It's just that they've got better businesses and a little bit more value in my work. There will be a cool enterprise owned by the state - I will go to the state enterprise, but on the same salary.
Here is a screenshot from my place of work:

I am the Minister of Labor and should be an example.
How much to follow my example is up to you.
We have no limits. We take all positions. We are different and that is our strength.
I will say thank you when working in a company owned by any Russian citizen.
So, with which country will go products and profits from your work figured out.
But this is just the beginning, let’s move on.
Where to work:
end-production factory
Or the raw materials industry?
In fact, a very important question that few people think about.
Let's compare where more value is added - well, to put it simply, you will bring.
For example, let’s take Level 5 weapons.
The NPC in Moscow, taking into account pollution and the bonuses of capitalism, produces 59 weapons a day.
A player with an economic power of 40 produces 104 weapons while using the same amount of iron to produce them.
Thus, for 1 day of work At the factory level 5 employee-player creates more than 22 rubles The additional cost of their work compared to NPC (based on the price of 40 kopecks for one weapon level 5).
Now let's compare what happens if you go to work in a mine level 5.
NPC in Moscow, taking into account the pollution and bonuses of capitalism, produces 94 units of ore per day.
A player with an economic power of 40 produces 164 units of ore.
1 day of work In the mine level 5, the player creates about 5 rubles additional value from its work compared to NPC (based on the price of 7.5 kopecks per ore) 4 times less than in the factory.
The thing is that when working in the factory, there are savings on materials.
Thus, for effective production, NPC should be taken only in raw materials enterprises, and in factories - ideally only real players.
It is important for Russia what company you work for.
To better understand what is more important, let’s make a rating and count 10 points on how much your work benefits the country. You want to make Russia stronger, right?
Let's play a simple game, count the points:
1. If the company belongs to a Russian citizen or holding company, get it. 3 points.
2. If the company is a factory, get it. 2 points.
3. If the company is located in Russia - get 1st.
+ one-point for every level of the company.
Now, check your work and evaluate on a 10-point scale how much your work benefits Russia. Personally, I got to 9. Okay, but you can do better. We'll develop companies together!
You can get to 11 points, right?
Working in a foreign country
Work outside Russia may well give you more income, especially in enterprises of the 4th or 5th level.
Before you work abroad, answer the question: Why do you need a local currency?
If it is a paradox to pay wages to employees of your company - did you open a company where it is profitable to produce? That is where wages are low. So you can go down the drain by getting a job in a low-wage country.
How do you know if your salary in a foreign country is worth working?
Take as a guide the desired salary of 2 gold.
Look at the salary offered in local currency, for example in Peru:

As you can see, I have an iron mine in Peru and I am constantly short of currency even for vacancies. What if I quit my current job, where I get 9.5 rubles, and get a job for 18.75 Peruvian sols?
Go to the Peruvian currency market and see how much it is in gold. To do this, in the foreign exchange market, choose the country - Peru, go to the tab My Orders, enter the number of PEN for sale, do not touch anything in gold for 1 PEN, see how much it turned out in gold:

And we can see that the top salary in Peru is 1.856 gold, about the same as in Russia at a state-owned enterprise (and I think higher on others).
So why would I work in Peru for a Polish holding company?
Let's say I'm not a patriot and I have a simple answer to that question, because I need the currency and Poland pays the most. Well, if I'm too lazy to wait for the Peruvian sol orders to go off, I can save time and actually get a job at 18.75 and hope I can find a 16.5 employee after that... but is it worth it? Everyone decides for themselves.
If that factory had belonged to a Russian holding company or a Russian player, and I wasn’t a minister, I would have considered this vacancy, but I would have previously run through other countries where I also need currency and looked at the proposals there. I'd choose the best.
A dream job: criteria in natural units
I eat food every day (previously level 4, now a little rich and already moving to level 5), every day buy tickets. I try to use weapons and aircraft both for combat and for construction. In fact, I can only spend my salary on the salaries of employees, or to buy food and tickets.
A good salary for a player’s employee is enough for 10 Q5 tickets, 11 Q5 meals or 25 Q4 meals.
In Germany, Q5 tickets cost DM 0.998. So if there's a 9.98 DM job out there, it's a great job.
Opening up the job market in the hope of finding a job is a dream of the German labor market ... and 7.3 DM maximum salary ... and 10 tickets is not enough, and in gold only 1,445.
Yeah, it's a long way off.
Well, what did you want? A dream job and a dream job are not easy to find.
Recommendations for players if there is no work for 2 gold
If you do not have a job for 2 gold - while working, where better (on salary or points for the benefit of the country that I cited above - here you decide), and at the same time write to the chat country that you are looking for a job for 2 gold. I think during the day (not immediately, maybe by evening) someone will answer and offer such a job. If you do not answer, do not be afraid to repeat your request the next day. If not for 2 gold, then you can definitely find a job close to this. And maybe you'll be lucky and find a job even more - in Moscow, Professor Gardner Schmitt gets a salary as much as 3 gold, despite the fact that he is an NPC player.

Here in Moscow, even the NPC has a dream job (and its neighbor Jaiden is a parasite! - does not work with vacancies).
Alternatively, you can knock on the employer of this NPC and offer your services. Remember that each point of economic power gives plus 2% of the output. You have a difference of at least 36 points with this professor, that is, you will give ~70% more result for his salary. I'd agree to those terms.
Working hours matter!
The mechanics of the game are so arranged that at night the level of pollution decreases, and as goods are produced, the level of pollution increases.
Therefore, the sooner you work, the more goods you will produce.
So, morning. The perfect time to work. Just after 3 a.m. in Moscow.
There is also another mechanic that is useful to know.
The first person to work during the day produces 130% of the output.
The second is 120%, the third is 110% and so on.
Try to be the first, show the best results for your employer.
For such efforts, a sensitive employer and salary can be increased.
But it's not about the salary - for the economy of the country, the citizenship of which is the owner of the enterprise is very important that you work before the bot. If there are no bots in the company, then the order of work is no longer important.
About working as a manager (WAM)
Do not work as a manager in factories, only in raw materials production.

Why? Because when working as a manager, the multipliers of the economic power and bonuses of the region are not used - you will produce many times less products, while spending all the resources. The cost of such products will be space.
At the same time, working as a manager in raw materials production, especially if it is in a foreign country, is very useful. If you work in a mine or fields in Moscow, the exhaust will be tiny, and the pollution will increase. Keep that in mind. Work as a manager abroad.
What to do if a top vacancy is not available?
It can only be if you have not pumped economic power.
Let's check it out, go into your profile and look at the economic power on your profile -- it should be about 40, maybe a little less.

If you have a lower value, you have not used coffee.
If coffee isn’t in your inventory, you haven’t entered a promo code that’s available to all newcomers, and you haven’t even gotten to the stage of the campaign where it’s issued as a task.
Just go into the welcome message and read it carefully.
Join us in the discord, there are even more promo codes with interesting buns.
And if you are from another country and you do not have any promo codes in the greeting message (or such message in principle), then ask in the chat of the country - you should prompt everything there.
