- 5. Why do we choose to industrialize Salta?

The selection of Salta as a priority region responded to two main factors.

Food production

Salta has a regional bonus from + 15% in food.

The improvement of industrial infrastructure seeks to strengthen the conditions of food factories, increasing their productive capacity and taking advantage of regional advantages.

This is part of a development strategy aimed at promoting business activity and generating opportunities for workers and producers.

Regional pollution

Another fundamental reason was the high pollution recorded by Salta.

Before the start of the industrialization programme, values above 50 per cent had been observed.

In one of the last detailed consultations, regional pollution was found in 39.93%a positive development over the first measurements.

However, the percentage also depends on recent productive activity, and therefore not all its reduction should be attributed exclusively to industrial improvements.

Infrastructure development will continue to be accompanied by regular observations to assess its impact.

- 6. A work completed during training with India

The completion of the level 2 industry is of particular importance because Argentina is going through a period of international military training with India.

During this stage, a significant decrease in participation in construction had been observed: from approximately 70 regular collaborators to about 11 at certain times.

For this reason, the Ministry of Development decided to adapt the order of priorities, promoting production works of less requirement of points while the soldiers participate in the battles.

The completion of this work shows that national collaboration can continue even during a period of intense military activity.

- 7. Next construction: Salta Hospital level 5

With the completed Level 2 Industrial Zone, Argentina has already started its following infrastructure objective:

Enhance Salta Hospital from level 4 to level 5.

The new construction requires 174,400 points to be completed.

The project is part of the Energy 400 Plan and will make it possible to move towards the objective of having greater energy capacity for citizens.

Currently, Buenos Aires and Posadas already have level 5 hospitals.

If the new work was completed, Salta would become the third Argentine region to reach that hospital level.

The Ministry invites those who wish to work together to continue to provide work and materials on a voluntary basis.

- 8. Thanks to the builders

From the Ministry of Development we would like to express our appreciation to all the players who participated in the construction of the Salta Industrial Zone.

Each contribution made progress towards the completion of the project.

We particularly recognize the participants who led the ranking and those who collaborated through material donations.

A national work is not done by the effort of one person, but by the sum of all the citizens who decide to contribute.

That is why, in addition to recognizing Jedi _ Fax with the Best Builder Award, we would like to congratulate all Argentines who made it possible to reach 100%.

Ο 9. Conclusion

The completion of the Salta Industrial Zone level 2 represents a new development in Argentina's productive development.

With this completed construction, the country continues to strengthen its infrastructure while maintaining the Energy Plan 400 and international training activities.

The objective will continue to be to promote balanced development, where production, energy and citizen participation can build new opportunities for Argentina.

Congratulations to Jedi _ Fax, winner of the 3 GOLD Best Builder Award.

- Thank all the participants for their efforts and commitment.

The Salta industry level 2 is a reality! Now we're moving forward with the level 5 hospital.
