Another mandate is behind us and we can once again say that we have done a great deal in the last month. First of all, I would like to welcome all the new players who have joined us in the last period. I hope that we have been sufficiently available to you as a community and that you have been able to contact us with questions when you need help or advice. The beginnings of the game can be quite challenging, so it is all the more important to help each other and enable new players to start as easily as possible.

Over the last month, we have also paid considerable attention to the market. We have managed to increase national stocks to the extent that there is enough quality in the market again, which is particularly important for new players who do not yet have their own production. We wanted to create an environment where even without large start-up capital, the player can make normal progress, buy the necessary equipment and gradually stand on his own feet.

This is the highest level of supplies we have had so far, giving us much more room for manoeuvre in helping players and organising military activities. In addition, the country currently has the always pleasant stock 1000 Gold, which represents an important financial reserve for future moves and possible unforeseen situations.

Support for new players An important part of this mandate was also the development of support for new players. With the help of the Treasury we established MU for newcomers and was able to upgrade it to Grade 3. For the establishment and upgrading of the MU we set up about 650 Gold. The purpose of this investment is mainly long-term – we want to enable new players to join the military part of the game as soon as possible, obtain the necessary benefits and develop more easily with the rest of the community. I think investing in new players is one of the most important things a country can do. Without new players, a strong community cannot be built in the long term.

National warehouses and supplies In addition to MU for newcomers, we also invested in state warehouses throughout the term. We used up their upgrades and the subsequent increase in government stocks a little more than 400 gold. These funds were not intended solely for current consumption, but mainly for the creation of greater security stocks for the future. Higher stocks mean greater capacity for the country to respond to military needs, help players and ensure stability even at times when market conditions or battlefields are less favourable.

Stable currency and favourable conditions for players We also paid great attention to the economic side of the game. With the corresponding subsidies and buy-in at the 1 gold price = SIT 25, we have enabled Slovenian citizens to operate under favourable conditions. This was primarily to ensure that players had the option of trading normally and that the exchange rate was stable enough. It was particularly important to ensure favourable employment conditions for NPCs, where the cost was about 1 gold per job. This is a very positive result compared to other developed countries and allows players to develop their economy more easily. At the same time, something else seems even more important to me: we managed to ensure a stable currency for business and economic play. Some players focus mainly on the military, while others focus on trading, production, investment and profit making. We must also give the latter, as a country, an environment in which they can play and develop normally.

Unfortunately, we have failed to complete Iran's transfer in due course due to the difficulties in Congress and, above all, due to the poor understanding or reading of new changes. As you know, Slovenian citizens still have companies in Iran and therefore the transfer is also important from an economic point of view. The new rules made the case a little more complicated than was initially expected, so we decided that it would be better to temporarily postpone the procedure than to risk misimplementation. The delegation will therefore take place in the next term of office once all the necessary conditions have been met.

During this term, the military part of Slovenia officially entered the war. Our current main task is primarily to help allies and participate in joint military activities. When an experiment for Iran comes up again, one of the most important tasks of the next mandate will be to carry out this work and continue the activities that we have temporarily postponed for the above reasons. It is important that we remain a reliable ally as a country and that we fulfil our obligations towards the group and allies as we have done so far.

Finally, I would like to say a few words to the new players in particular. Avoid making more. Not only because you can get a ban at any time, but mainly because you are ruining the game with this other player and the whole community. Such things cause long - term harm to all — including those he does. We have a small but active community, so it is all the more important that we try to respect each other's basic principles of fair play. The game is most interesting when we all have about a level playing field and when success is achieved through activity, cooperation, trade, strategy and good playing – not by exploiting the system. If we stick together as a community, help new players and maintain a fair relationship with the game, we can do much more in the future. Thank you to everyone who has helped in any way during this term – whether through work, military activity, trading, donations or simply being active members of the community.

Good luck to the next term and as many successes as possible in Slovenia!
