Side A: Sweden
Side B: Brazil

1. Sweden gets and keeps the regions of Antofagasta, Puerto Montt and Punta Arenas.
2. Brazil gets back and keeps the regions of Salta, Cordoba, Posadas, Arica, Comodoro Rivadavia, Rio Gallegos, and Temuco.
3. On Brazils request, Argentina gets to keep Buenos Aires, with the intention to allow Argentina to not be completely wiped and have a chance to develop.
4. On Brazils request, Chile gets back Santiago de Chile, with the intention to allow Chile to not be completely wiped and have a chance to develop.
5. Both sides will not launch invasions, start resistance wars or fight against each other.
6. If the terms of the NAP is breached, the sides will first sit down and make a honest attempt at resolving the situation before considering the NAP broken.
7. The terms of this agreement is valid until 16th December
