Non-Aggression Pact Agreement


Date: Day 184

As an act of goodwill and commitment to regional stability, Croatia and South Africa agree to sign a 30-day Non-Aggression Pact (NAP) as detailed below:

Territorial Agreements:

Croatia will hold regions for time of NAP: Durban, Polokwane, Bloemfontein, Upington, Cape Town. 
South Africa will retain: Pretoria 
On end of NAP after 30 days both sides can make new agreement about regions
There will be no rent fees or financial obligations for these regions during this period.

Non-Aggression Terms:

Croatia shall not declare war on South Africa and Australia.
South Africa and Australia shall not declare war on  Croatia.
South Africa and Australia shall not initiate or support resistance wars (RW) against Croatia.

Croatia shall not engage in combat against  South Africa and Australia.
South Africa and Australia shall not engage in combat against  Croatia.

Nuclear Warfare Prohibition:
Croatia is prohibited from launching nuclear attacks against South Africa and Australia.
South Africa and Australia are prohibited from launching nuclear attacks against Croatia.

Citizenship and Mercenary Restrictions:
No citizen from Croatia is allowed to change their citizenship for the purpose of fighting against South Africa and Australia.
No citizen from South Africa and Australia are allowed to change their citizenship for the purpose of fighting against Croatia.

Croatia is prohibited from hiring mercenaries to fight against South Africa and Australia.
South Africa and Australia are prohibited from hiring mercenaries to fight against Croatia.

Economic Cooperation & Market Access:

To ensure the best economic outcomes for both nations and their citizens:
South African holdings may apply for Croatian citizenship (CS) if they wish, allowing them to trade freely in the Croatian market without import tax. 
Croatian holdings may apply for South African citizenship (CS) if they wish, allowing them to operate freely in the South African market without import tax. 
South African citizens and companies will not face restrictions on operations in Croatian-controlled regions. 
Croatian companies will have access to the South African market, stimulating economic growth for both sides. 
Further discussions will be held to maximize economic benefits and cooperation for citizens of both nations.

Security Guarantees:

Croatia will sign a Mutual Protection Pact (MPP) with South Africa to ensure long-term stability. Croatia will publicly commit to protecting all South African core regions, both those currently under South African control and those that may be returned in the future. 

Assistance with Reconstruction & Cultural Identity:

Croatia will support the rebuilding of South African infrastructure, ensuring that when regions are returned, they are in good economic standing. 
Even if South Africa remains part of a larger Croatian territory, it will retain its own identity and government.

Military Training & War Games:

Recognizing that war is an essential part of the game, Croatia and South Africa can establish a system for training wars, ensuring both nations can engage in structured battles for military experience and ranking without threatening national security. 
If either side gains control of a region during a training war, it must be returned immediately and cannot be retained under any circumstances.

The last date of this NAP agreement is Day 214, meaning from Day 215 this NAP will be invalidated unless all parties agree to extend it.
