This Aiden Pearce comment inspired me to play with excel a bit and try to find out who are the BEST countries.
So I tried to come up with a Power Ranking system. This all is basically my own opinion, and if you change the criterias or points given for each place it could change a bit, but I believe the overall view is +/- on point.
So I picked 4 criterias for this:
Economy Ranking - we split it by 3 more criterias: Bonus regions (high, mid, low), overall number of regions and productivity. We rank each category on it's own, then sum it all up and reward points for Economy Ranking.
Infrastructure Ranking - real time building cost points, what country owns right now. You can take deeper look into it here: https://eclesiar.com/newspaper/56/article/389
Damage - This one to me looks the most inaccurate, because we have terrain types, some countries fight mostly in deserts, some have wars all server long, some doesn't have wars yet, etc.
Active Citizens - might also be a bit controversial, but people are the biggest potential, if they are used right, the country can skyrocket in these rankings in near future. You need to have workers, fighters, builders.
I awarded with points only 15 countries from each category. 1st place got 20, 2nd - 18, 3rd - 16, 4th - 14, 5th -12, 6th - 10, 7th - 9 and so on.
Idea is to award the country which stands out in specific category.
Sooo this is the final result
Power Rankings of November - Day 61

Probably we all expected USA to dominate these rankings, they are standing nice and firm at 1st place. Dominating 3/4 categories. Biggest team and biggest superpower, still did not have serious direct war on their continent. Already managed to step foot in Europe. Can somebody stop them?
Sweden also proved to have top tier economy and fierce fighters. But mostly dominating the Infrastructure ranking. Sweden is known for very bold strategies, firstly starting biggest war with Germany at the very beginning of the server, and in recent events firmly went into Latin America, beating Brasil, who had big support from Portugal and Macedonia. Can't wait for the next surprise Sweden puts out of their pocket.
Iran might surprise some people, didn't expect them to stand this tall after the ban wave. But they are standing firm with fruits of their early expansion, taking 2nd places in both Economy and Infrastructure rankings.
Bulgaria - after WW1 and Slovenian war Bulgaria changed their style and focused more on building, than fighting and seeking rapid expansion. Becoming very solid all around nation. Probably has a lot of potential if they manage to find a way to expand.
Portugal - not tested in direct serious war yet, using peaceful opportunity to improve economically as much as possible. Really curious what's their roof on the battlefield would be. Also they stand out as a biggest nuclear nation in the world and they have one-man country named Callheta.
Slovenia - solid all around country, but suffered a lot right after WW1 when BG, LT and MKD decided to punish Slovenia. But in other hand it enabled Slovenia to be aware of their true strenght, upping them in Damage category and also making a baby boom of angry warriors looking to take revenge. They will be more than alright.
Macedonia - mostly known for their fierce warriors and bold war strategies, but they are also at the top in economical category, because they were smart with expansion, strategically selecting their alliances to gain the most benefit out of the situations.
Romania - still recovering from the tragic WW1 events, global NAP left them surrounded by enemy side, but they are doing very good, considering the region count they hold, if they can expand they could easily come back to the TOP.
Japan - mostly known for building and farming, doing well in that category, still curious what they can show in direct war when time comes. Will they surprise us all in the battlefield.
Lithuania - a bit low, knowing that they were a big superpower in Beta server, but in that server they went all in in war instead of other categories, now when focus had to be split, it turns out Lithuania barely makes TOP 10. Do they still have what it takes to increase the performance? Time will tell. Sign is clear that the world fear them, as opponents were okay to break the nap just to launch 3 atomic bombs on Lith, to not let Lithuania be a nuclear threat.
Brasil - they were true definition of farmers and economic masterminds... up until the point Sweden decided to take what they have. But even after losing some colonies and important economical regions Brasil manages to be solid in this ranking, standing out with their economy.
Turkey - after the infamous ban wave and most turkish players quitting the game (including all the government) we would think that their days are over, but it's not! They still hold some valuable regions and buildings, they have big potential since Turkey has big playerbases in these games. Wonder if they will be able to rebuild what they once had?
Germany - I would say that Germany is the country which suffered the most in this server so far. They were attacked very early by Sweden and had to fight extinction for almost a month. Then after Global NAP they finally had some time to recover, but once they decided to go into offensive mission against France, they were stopped by their ex allies by force. So Germany is forced to stay on cores till December 5th. Furious Germany, seeing that they can't get out of the situation without becoming nuclear theat decided to build their own 2 nuclear bases... But... Imagine getting hit by 7 atomic bombs in 1 day... From 3 countries... Somebody really fears German potential. Let's wish them succesfull recovery.
China - I consider them more powerful than this ranking indicates, for 2 reasons: damage reason - probably the most affected country by desert region. And 2nd reason - a lot of their players are split up with different citizenships, but they are playing as a communist team. I don't think we saw their full potential yet, since they calculate a lot, what it's worth and what's not in the battlefield and economy. Well except the Bosnian war. Biggest thing in question is why China doesn't prioritise building, when the world is +/- at peace, we will see how that turns out.
Saudi Arabia - farmer country, prioritises economy, still hiding their true potential, choosing to not participate in big wars.
Poland - not a big team, but still manages to make the list because of building. They are kinda surrounded by bigger nations or friends. But still manages to get the best out of their map situation.
Bosnia - 2nd country to suffer the most probably. After intense WW1, global NAP and nap with MKD they thought that they will finally have some rest, but Serbia had other plans. Bosnia is making this list for being above average in fighting.
France - Making the list because of baby boom. Was nowhere to be found at the server beginning, Lithuania was able to wipe them at ease. But once more people registered and got to know the game, together with foreing support from BoT alliance they managed to retake all of their regions. Right now they are under protection by United States and Macedonia, who see a big potential in this France team and are ready to risk it all for them. I'm eager to see how they will utilize new players and fresh chance to grow.
Greece - At the beginning of the server they were quickly wiped by Bulgaria, but Global NAP gave them a big chance to recover and get baby boom. Now we see more and more greeks eager to show what they are made of!
