This article contains a roleplay interview between Sosa Sosta and Aldrich, the cores of the actual meeting didn't get effected by the moderation of the newspaper.
| United States, Medellin, Palace of the former United States President |
Sosa : Welcome to my humble house Aldrich, and thank you for accepting my invitation
Aldrich : i should thank you for this opportunity, i jever got to be in a meeting with an exceptional person like you, shall we proceed with the interview?
Sosa : sure, so my first question, did you really steal the Croatian government assets when you were the minister of economy ?
Aldrich : i see we are getting straight to the point, no i didn't, i would call it a smart purchase with a favourable price.
Sosa : i see, if that's what you call it, why did you do it ?
(Breaking the fourth wall from here)
Aldrich : After being publicly labelled a persona non grata and a so-called 'terrorist' in an article published by Manga and after enduring repeated personal attacks where real-life insults were dragged into the game, I can confidently say: the HRK is safer in my hands than it ever was in Manga’s.
To me, this is just a game — a simulation in which I’ve clearly demonstrated the skill to outsmart my opponents...
Sosa : Do you think your public figure is damaged after the Croation government has spread propaganda about you ?
Aldrich : i don't care
It’s important to note that Manga was fully aware I opposed him and actively challenged what he claimed were Croatia’s interests during his presidency, yet he still appointed me as Minister of Economy
Manga issued threats and even requested my home address, a matter I have officially reported to both the game administrators and the Croatian police, with documented evidence to support my claims
Sosa : do you plan on leaving Croatia?
Aldrich : No
Sosa : You opposing Manga mandate, do you blame any Croatian who left the country because of him ?
Aldrich : They left the country because continuing to play under his leadership simply made no sense, and I don’t blame them for that decision
I want to reiterate that this is just a game, and there is no reason to bring real-life matters into it. At the same time, we must recognize that there is a red line when it comes to online behavior. Our actions in virtual spaces can have real-world consequences, and it’s crucial to remain aware of that. It’s precisely for this reason, and due to the growing issue of online harassment, which is often underestimated, that I reported Manga to the authorities
Sosa : One last question, what are you going to do with everything you have right now ?
Aldrich : I’m about to donate some gold for construction. I’ve got 4 top-tier companies (Q4, baby!) all itching for an upgrade, time to make it rain! ?
Sosa : Okay, one really last last question, what's your favourite country in the game, and what's your least favourite country in the game ?
Aldrich : My heart belongs most to Bosnia and Herzegovina, while all the others are just fine, there isn't any country i don't like
Sosa : thank you for your time, i hope you find your place in the world.
