2.3 1 Russian region (Yakutsk) 

2.4 All Regions of: China, Pakistan,  

2.5 4 regions of India(Jalandhar, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Bangalore) 

2.6 4 regions of South Africa(Durban, Bloemfontein, Uprington, Cape Town) 

2.7 2 regions of Albania(Kukes, Pogradec) 

3. Side 2 keeps/gets control over: 

3.1 4 regions of Albania(Gjirokastër, Vlorë, Skhoder, Tirana) 

3.2 All regions of Egypt, Saudi Arabia gets Hurghada, APP gets remaining 5. 

3.3 5 regions of Iran. Slovenia gets: Tabriz. Saudi Arabia gets: Sanandaj, Shiraz, Zahedan, Mashhad 

3.4 3 regions of Isreal(Eilat, Nazareth, Be'er Sheva) 

3.5 3 regions of Iraq(Tikrit, Kut and Basra) 

3.6 1 region of Italy(Cagliary) 

3.7 2 regions of Columbia(Cali and Cucuta) 

4. This agreement keeps/grants indepedence to countries: 

4.1 Argentina gets all its core regions 

4.2 Mexico gets all its core regions excluding Tijuana – claimed by Poland(not a side of this agreement) 

4.3 Italy keeps all its core regions excluding Cagliari 

5. Countries what cannot be attacked by any side of this agreement as long as NAP is valid or these countries break point 1.: 

5.1 North of Macedonia 

5.2 Russia 

5.3 Philipiness 

5.4 India 

5.5 Peru

6. Damage hit against any side has to be returned in order to keep NAP valid. 

7. Changing citizenship in order to avoid points above is forbidden. 

8. Nuclear compensation – Nuclear peace 

8.1 Side 2 is obligated to reduce all its buildings to min. lvl 3 once when agreement starts. It will be made by Iraq direct attacks, RW or by self-nuke. After buildings get reduced to lvl 3 in the region, country can continue building up in the region 

8.2. Side 2 isnt allowed to build Military Base lvl 5 during this agreement.  

9. USA is banned from any territorial expansions for duration of this agreement 

10. Duration 30 days from today to day 564(included)
