Unexpected Death of WolfStark - one of greatest leaders of China and kpoppers did hit Asian society very hard. To face new reality China and Korea took decision to connect 2 countries with even stronger bond - Union. Countries Involved in The Document:

South Korea, China, Philippines

1.  South Korea and China merge into 1 country.
2.  South Korea takes Lhasa, Kashgar, Shangai, Kunming, Shenzhen under own administration
3.  Beijing will become special administration zone with special autonomy
4.  All Chinese citizens with legal Citizen ID will be granted a South Korean Citizenship
5.  Regions of Philippines currently owned by China will be given to its natives granting them independence in exchange for purschase of Chinese companies there(4xcompany q4)
6. South Korea grants guarantess of indepedence for all 4 regions of Philippines in case of any agression from anyone in the World for next 30 days till day 489 included.
