New Doctrine - Kpoppers

To all of them we say - "Not Today"

Our alliance started debate about new doctrine long time ago, unfortunelly we had to postpone our plans due to brutal agression from APP alliance. This had big influence on decisions we made and we are going to make. I will split our statement to the smaller points to show that Kpoppers are immune to all provocations, invasions, trade disputes. And from now on we gonna react and fight for our interest instead of "let it be"

1. Summary of the war

1. Supplies
   We spent a lot - thats right. I would like to report we are going to rebuild stock of supplies to prewar amount in around 2 weeks. Our production is bigger than before war started and hit more than 500k productivity. 
   
   
2.  Buildings
   We are facing a miracle in Korea. After 3 weeks from war end we reached top2 in buildings on the server(Top1 is France with small advantage). At same time Korea dominates countries what previously invaded Kpoppers, 100+ nukes we received didnt affect us in longer term - it only motivated us to move forward harder.
   
   
   
   
3.  Diplomacy
   
   War did prove us for who we can count on and who left us in need. Same way we can speak about people who sold us in secret in the background. We got new message for you - "The East Remembers"

   2. Old Doctrine

   After downfall of Kisuke we did play in isolation. We did target developing smaller communities. There was no other alliance making so many states free and giving them autonomy. Every possibility we could get, we did try to use to get new team into game.

   Now i question myself... how naive i was? how stupid i was? how wrong i was?

   This was my weakness what got used by our enemies and it resulted in world war. Do you know what mostly disgusted me? some people said that Korea is the worst. Korea what holds Pakistan with 0 players and merged China. While other countries occupy much more and even active but weaker communities. I will be honest - it hurts me personally and changed my mindset to - Im too weak to try again. Lets become villain all of them dream of.

   I accept 1 country what had right to dislike us - and its Portugal. Other countries had no real reasons. But - life is brutal.

   South Korea, either Kpoppers - WILL NOT support new communities anymore - I took decision this game/community overall is not worth of it because at the end we still get knife in the heart. We see that Chile is aspiring to take our place in this case with URL alliance. I wish you a good luck. This way is disrespectfull and hard. I failed, for you i wish victory.

   Plan was to created new alliances, new possibilities. Meanwhile we ended up in war with same countries we did in the past...

   3. Alliance Expansion

   Due to all circumates around we took decision - our alliance is going to expand. not only by regions. but also by membership - more details soon. From our sources of information-coaliton was formed in shadow against us long time ago and its still breathing.

   I know the person responsble for creation of that power - I know i refused to be your "4ever best friend ever" so you can feel safe and do any crimes you want to because world will be afraid our alliance and i have short message for you - I will come for you for that.

   
   

4. New Doctrine

 Economy - Reactivation of Putka Industries

I would like to inform that Im reactivating Putka Industries,
ovens will get hot again from tommorow - reason: there are 2-3 countries
insolently using our market, intentionally, even members of goverments.
From now on, no forgiveness, no ignoring, no forgetting.
You will face our true potential on market war and you will

5. My Resignation as SC of Kpoppers.

It took place some time ago. Unfortunally for my soul - rejected.
Freedom was never an option. You die as hero or you live long enough to become villain. I hope when this time comes - I will get stopped.
I accept "rejection of resignation" and i will continue my work - just in other way i used to do. I wont fail my brothers again.
