Transparency

Shareholders should have extensive insight into the business and be able to keep the CEO responsible. Communicate with shareholders.

 

Business

Business should be competetive and know their market. Pay competetive wages to keep workers. They need to know where to buy and sell resources at best prices. Have reasonable plans for growth and dividends.

 

Capital

Be able to raise capital to fund projects.
