Dragi eHrvati, današnji dan 151 ujedno je posljednji dan kada ekonomija funkcionira po komunističkom sustavu te se radi za minimalnu plaću te u zamjenu dobiva hrana i oružje. S krajem današnjeg dana uvodimo kapitalistički sustav i slobodno tržište jer smo procjenili kako na taj način budemo potakli aktivaciju općeg tržišta, pojačali stanje ratnih zaliha i omogućili bolji razvoj svakog pojedinog građana. Država će nastavit s podjelom ratnih zaliha kada bitka ili izgradnja infrastrukture bude od cjelokupnog nacionalnog interesa.

Dear eCroats, today's day 151 is also the last day when the economy functions according to the communist system and you work for minimum wage and in exchange you get food and weapons. At the end of today, we are introducing the capitalist system and the free market because we have assessed how we will stimulate the activation of the general market, increase the stock of war supplies and enable better development of each individual citizen. The state will continue to distribute war supplies when the battle or the construction of infrastructure is of national interest.

Opće tržište/General market

S ciljem aktivacije općeg tržišta, država je odlučila dopustiti slobodno kretanje cijena na općem tržištu te poziva poduzetnike da većinu svojih proizvoda plasira kako bi potaknuli međusobnu trgovinu i dodatno dali na vrijednosti nacionalnoj valuti. Ipak, u slučaju državnog otkupa odlučena je izrada tablice cijena po kojoj država bude otkupljivala proizvode za ratnu zalihu (uz manja odstupanja nastala ponudom i potražnom). Takvim otkupom planira se dodatno potaknuti poduzetnike na korištenje general marketa, uz već najavljeno smanjenje VAT-a. ZDRUG kao državna tvrtka se također počinje ponašati u skladu sa slobodnim tržištem i plasira svoje proizvode po cijenama koje omogućuju pokrivanje troškova proizvodnje.

With the aim of activating the general market, the state decided to allow free movement of prices on the general market and invites entrepreneurs to sell most of their products there in order to encourage mutual trade and add value to the national currency. However, in the case of state purchase, it was decided to create a price table at which the state will purchase products for the war stockpile (with minor deviations caused by supply and demand). With such a purchase, it is planned to further encourage entrepreneurs to use the general market, along with the already announced reduction of VAT. As a state-owned company, ZDRUG is also starting to behave in accordance with the free market and markets its products at prices that enable production costs to be covered.

Tržište valute/Currency market

S danom 151 država će fiksirati tečaj na 1 gold = 10 HRK, a prodajni i kupovni tečaj će ostaviti prostor za trgovinu valutom uz minimalnu zaradu. Na taj način svaki poduzetnik ima mogućnost promjene golda u nacionalnu valutu i obrnuto kako bi stalno mogao imati dovoljno HRK za plaće radnicima te trgovanje na općem tržištu.

On day 151, the country will fix the exchange rate at 1 gold = 10 HRK, and the selling and buying rates will leave room for currency trading with minimal profit. In this way, every entrepreneur has the option of changing gold into the national currency and vice versa so that he can always have enough HRK for workers' salaries and trading on the general market.

Tržište rada/Job market

Kao i opće tržište, zaključno s današnjim danom prepuštamo regulaciju cijena na tržištu rada poduzetnicima koji sami odlučuju koliko su spremni plaćati radnike. Zbog ukidanja dnevne opskrbe hranom i oružjem, građani eHrvatske nisu više dužni raditi u tvrtkama ZDRUG-a te mogu potražiti za njih najpovoljniju plaću i uvjete. ZDRUG nastavlja zapošljavati sve građane po prosječnoj plaći koja će se ažurirati na tjednoj razini.

Like the general market, from this day we leave the regulation of prices on the job market to entrepreneurs who decide for themselves how much they are willing to pay workers. Due to the removal of the daily supply of food and weapons, the citizens of eCroatia are no longer obliged to work in ZDRUG companies and can look for the most favorable salary and conditions for them. ZDRUG continues to employ all citizens at the average salary, which will be updated on a weekly basis.

Poduzetnički paket/Business package

Obećani poduzetnički paket kojim je država poduzetnicima koji imaju hrvatsko državljanstvo i tvrtke na teritoriju eHrvatske započinje s provedbom od objave ovog članka. Svaki poduzetnik može postaviti određenu količinu golda na tržište valute u omjeru od 1 gold = 50 HRK, a država će otkupiti od svih onu količinu koja im pripada prema omjerima (ovisno o broju tvrtki koje posjeduju i njihovoj kvaliteti). Poduzetnici mogu navedeni paket koristiti kako bi održali svoje poslovanje unutar početna 3 dana, a kasnije će valutu zarađivati trgovanjem na tržištu valute ili prodajom proizvoda na općem tržištu.

The business package that the state has promised to entrepreneurs with Croatian citizenship and companies on the territory of eCroatia will start to be implemented from the publication of this article. Each entrepreneur can place a certain amount of gold on the currency market in the ratio of 1 gold = 50 HRK, and the state will buy from everyone the amount that belongs to them according to the ratios (depending on the number of companies they own and their quality). Entrepreneurs can use the mentioned package to maintain their business within the initial 3 days, and later they will earn currency by trading on the currency market or by selling products on the general market.
