For those who play while sleeping and for those who play as someone 2click.

1: You only need to spend 12-22 action energy per day on 1 training, 1 job, 10-20 combats, 10 infra (optional) and restore 100 energy.

Note 1: Action energy = minimum (or basic) action and its energy cost 1 action 10 energy cost.

2: Using CC (the currency of the country you are in), analyze the most beneficial combination of food that will add 100 total energy for the lowest CC cost.

Note 2: If the country you selected has no region, has a bad market consider migrating to the countries with higher production after viewing the rank statistics.

3: For your friend who is addicted to games of questionable genres like this one who invited you to pick up a piece of equipment that is bothering you. Charge him to buy 5 weapons for you to use in the newbie campaign.

Table caption: CL = Current level; Wep = weapons; OL: objective level; * = and because there are 2 levels, it would be 2 investments of 9, totaling 18.

Note 3: This calculation was made by me taking into account a value of 0.12g the value of the q5 wep so feel free to blackmail him for more since he is bothering you to play this type of game for equipment being this a minimum value to take as a base, it is recommended to accumulate those of lv5-6 because there are few or ask for q4 but I made the table just as an example.
Since the more the game develops in theory the lower the price will be so the greater will be the amount of q5 weapons that he will owe you for you to have a good formation and even if you do not become a BIG Fighter you will become a half-fighter being able to migrate to builder or stay 2 clicks if you do not like the game.

4: Fights: try to fight in battles where there are good damage bonuses for the development of your rank. Avoid fighting in terrains where there is 100% extra consumption, even if there is a damage bonus.

5: Tournaments: sign up for all the ones you can to test your luck with the game's RNG. If you're lucky, you'll compete in the preliminaries, which is equivalent to fighting for 1 Adrenaline and 1 Medic bag without having to spend the fortune that is spent on gold for visas in the auction of these 2 items.

Note 5: Similar equivalent, but not "equal", as you can sell the Adrenaline and the Medic bag and profit, winning the preliminaries; you are obliged to use them (I'm talking about the mechanics of resetting limits and energy given to those who win the preliminaries).

6: Have fun even if you play for a short time, try to enjoy this time by having fun. If this short period of time makes you feel repulsive, I suggest you leave this game, but if this game gives you some sense of well-being, why don't you stay a little longer for the next 10 energy, 20 minutes  less maybe  and deal 1 more blow so that this little time you lost in this game is not so bad. If it is efficient, you will have much more time to do the things you like most, which require much more of your attention.

Thanks to Aexil's contribution, because I confess I have been lazy in searching for NAP articles, there will be 2 editions of what I really want to do (fortunately or unfortunately).
