4. This agreement keeps/grants indepedence to countries: 

4.1 Sweden gets all of its core regions

4.2 Argentina gets all of its core regions

4.3 Germany gets all of its core regions

4.4 Colombia gets Cali, Bogota, Medellin

4.5 Mexico keeps Mexico City, Tijuana

4.6 Italy keeps all its core regions excluding Cagliari

4.7 United Kingdom keeps London, Norwich, Belfast

4.8 India keeps Kolkata, New Delhi

4.9 Iraq keeps Baghdad

5. Serbia cannot be attacked by any side of this agreement as long as NAP is valid or it violates point 1 of the pact.

6. Nuclear non-proliferation

6.1 All countries from both sides cannot build nuclear weapons for the duration of the pact.

7. Damage hit against any side has to be returned in order to keep NAP valid. 

8. Changing citizenship in order to avoid points above is forbidden.
