What is healthcare ?
Healthcare is a term used to refer to the energy bar and hospitals qualities and amounts in a certain nation.

What is hospital?
Hospitals are one broken building (that is my opinion) where you can build in any region, hospitals gives energy bar for both ruling nation and rightful owner citizens, each level increases the energy bar limits up to 600, which is the cap, so any numbers above 600 is just a reservation.

Level 1 increase the limits by 5
Level 2 increase the limits by 10
Level 3 increase the limits by 20
Level 4 increase the limits by 35
Level 5 increase the limits by 50
Base level for every citizen is 100 regardless of nation

Hospitals also increase the chances of getting a med kit when leveling up by 1% per level (nerf this shit please).
