Here at Eclesiar, you can set up your own company and, while you're at it, get your money flowing. First, go to My Places > Company . There you'll see a button that says Create a new company : don't be afraid, it won't bite!

You can choose between different types of companies: some focus on producing raw materials (the foundation of everything), while others concentrate on the final product, ready to sell and generate profit. Each decision has its own challenges, so think carefully before embarking on this adventure.

Clicking on Create a new business will open a menu more comprehensive than the menu at a typical Buenos Aires bar. There you'll be able to:

  1. Choosing the type of business – Do you want to produce raw materials or the final product? Think of it as choosing between being the one who grows the potato or the one who makes the breaded cutlet with it.

  2. Giving it a name – This is where all your creativity comes in. Forget "Company 123" – come up with something cool that customers won't forget.

  3. Select location – Choose carefully where your business will be located, because, like in the neighborhood, location is everything.

After this, you'll be ready to kickstart your entrepreneurial adventure. Get ready to feel like a true business tycoon!

In Eclesiar, companies specialize in different types of raw materials, each with its own use:

  • Food raw material – Ideal for preparing food. Basically, your company can become the factory of the next luxury breaded cutlet.

  • Weapon raw material – For producing land weapons. (Yes, you read that right, heavy artillery)

  • Raw material for airplanes – Used to manufacture aircraft weapons.

  • Raw material for airline tickets – To generate airline tickets. Yes, literal money in your hands, albeit virtual.

In addition, each company has a level , measured in stars ⭐. The higher the level, the more benefits you'll unlock and the cooler your company will be. So work hard, because being the king or queen of your industry isn't easy, but it's not impossible either!

💰 Leveling up comes at a price… and it's not cheap

In Eclesiar, top-tier companies cost more gold than a ticket to the Libertadores final:

  • Level 1: 10 gold

  • Level 2: 20 gold

  • Level 3: 60 gold

  • Level 4: 170 gold

  • Level 5: 370 gold

So, if you want your company to be top-notch, get ready to loosen your purse strings (virtually, don't worry).

🏭 Factories: from raw materials to finished products

Companies that produce finished products, i.e., factories , convert raw materials into products ready for use:

  • Food – Requires Grain , so you don't go hungry while doing business.

  • Land weapons – Requires Iron , for your… let's say “heavier” projects.

  • Aircraft Weapons – Requires Titanium , because flying in style costs.

  • Airline tickets – Requires oil

    ⚙️ Factories: What do they need to work?

    Here's a key fact: raw material factories are like magic plants ; they don't need anything to generate their materials. They turn on the machine and voila, raw materials in a flash! 🌾⛏️

    In contrast, factories that produce finished goods are a bit more demanding: they need specific raw materials to be able to produce. That is to say:

    • Food → needs Grain

    • Ground weapons → need Iron

    • Aeronautical weapons → need Titanium

    • Plane tickets → need oil

    Without that key ingredient, production can't get started. So if you want your business to take off (or at least not grind to a halt), make sure you have all the raw materials on hand. 🛠️💡

As you can see, it's not rocket science: if you want to update your company , make sure you have the necessary gold and click the "Update" button.

After that, your company will earn a star ⭐ , and the results of each work shift will improve. Basically, it's like putting your business on turbo: more production, more efficiency, and a greater chance of your company standing out.

👔 Company management: being the boss has never been so much fun

If you own a company or even are the Minister of Labor , you have the power to manage your staff : you can adjust salaries, review work activity, and even fire those who don't comply! (But don't worry, no drama).

To do this, simply go to: My places > Companies .

To view an employee's details, click on their avatar . A window will open with all the key information.

  • Work record: how many days he/she appeared and how his/her performance was during the week.

  • Current salary: You can change it if you want to be generous... or a little stricter.

  • Payment currency: depending on the scenario, you can even change what you are paid in.

In short, it's like having a remote control over your team: you know everything they do, how they're doing, and you can adjust everything so that the company runs like a Swiss watch (or at least, like a good mate in the Monday round).

💡 Salaries and rules you can't ignore

Before adjusting your staff's salaries, keep one key factor in mind: your country's minimum wage . For example, if the minimum is 100, you can't set it lower. So, your employee will definitely earn at least that amount, even if you're the most "strategic" boss in the world.

⚠️ Firing is also part of the game

In the bottom left corner of the employee window, you'll find a button labeled "Fire." Yes, it's the button to fire that underperforming employee. Use it carefully, like cutting the last slice of pizza: a serious decision, but sometimes necessary.

📦 Company relocation: moving in style

If you're a business owner, president, or even Minister of Labor, you can relocate your company to the region you like best. It's like moving to a cooler neighborhood—but with your business!

To relocate your business, you need a Relocation Permit (Q3, Q4, or Q5). This permit can be purchased at the Special Items Store .

Once you have the permit:

  1. Go to My Places > Storage .

  2. Click on your Relocation Permit .

  3. A menu will appear asking you which company you want to move to .

⚠️ Beware of side effects

Moving isn't always a walk in the park: relocation can bring changes in costs, logistics, and production. So think carefully before you grab those boxes and start moving. 🏢➡️🏢

⚙️ Factors that affect production: not everything depends on you

In Eclesiar, your company's production depends not only on your level or effort, but also on some factors that are applied after the company's base value , in the order they are mentioned:

  1. Company owner and type of company

    • If the company produces finished goods and is owned by an NPC , production is divided between 3. Basically, things are less productive if you're not running them.

    • If the company deals in raw materials , the base value doesn't change , so there's no problem.

  2. Level 3+ military base (weapons and air weapons only)

    • If the region where your company is located has a level 3 or higher military base , production receives a 5% bonus . So having good infrastructure nearby can be the difference between "partial success" and "full power."

⚙️ More factors affecting production: math doesn't lie!

  1. Consecutive workers weaken
    The more employees who work on the same day , the more each individual's efficiency decreases. The formula is:

production = production × (1.3 - workers today 10) text{production} = text{production} times Big(1.3 - frac{text{workers today}}{10}Big)

Example: Your Q5 iron company has a base value of 97 and 10 people worked today:

97×(1.3−1010)=97×(1.3−1)=97×0.3=29.197 times (1.3 - frac{10}{10}) = 97 times (1.3 - 1) = 97 times 0.3 = 29.1

In other words, having too many people working at the same time can strain production . 💤


  1. Ecological ability
    If you or your country have an eco-skill , your production increases slightly. The formula is:

production = rounding down (production × (1 + Eco-skill 50)) text{production} = text{rounding down} big(text{production} times (1 + frac{text{Eco-skill}}{50}) big)

Example: Q5 iron company with base value 97, and eco-skill 5:

  1. Region and country bonus
    Finally, each company receives an extra bonus depending on the region and country:

In other words, if your company is in a strategic location or your country offers incentives, your production can grow even more. 💰


🏞️ Region and country bonus: location is everything

Your company's production also depends on its location and country. This translates into bonuses :


1️⃣ Regional Bonus

It is based on the type of region where your company is located:

  • High region: +30% bonus

  • Mid-region: +15% bonus

  • Low region: +5% bonus

Example: If your Q5 iron company is in region A , which has a high iron content , the regional bonus will be 30% .


2️⃣ Country bond

It depends on the regions of the country and only affects citizens of the ruling country .

  • Each high-altitude region contributes +6%

  • Each middle region contributes +3%

  • Each low-lying region contributes +1%

Example: Country A has:

  • 2 regions with high iron content → 2 × 6 = 12%

  • 1 medium iron region → 1 × 3 = 3%
    Total country bonus for iron: 12 + 3 = 15%

A Q5 iron ore company in region A (high iron) , owned by a citizen of country A :

Production = 97 + (97 × 30 + 6 × 100) = 97 + (97 × 0.36) = 97 + 34.92 = 131.92

Pollution in the region directly affects your production . The formula is:

Each field/zone level gives a 5% bonus .
