Grupo Bimbo is pleased to announce important progress and new guarantees for our investors, employees, and future strategic partners.

First, we are proud to report that our investments in Argentina have been highly successful. The country has welcomed us in a very positive way, both from its citizens and its government authorities, creating a favorable environment for the development of our operations.

As part of this expansion, Grupo Bimbo has established a strong wheat grain production operation in Argentina, strengthening our company’s supply chain. This production now operates daily on a large scale and has been made possible thanks to the employment opportunities we have provided to local citizens, always under the principle of fair trade and responsible economic development.

Additionally, the company reports that it continues to supervise and strengthen its bread manufacturing plant in Mexico, where the company currently produces Q5 quality food products in order to efficiently supply the market and ensure a stable distribution of goods.

In financial matters, we are pleased to announce that our investments now offer greater security for our partners. A minimum dividend of 25 is guaranteed and will be distributed on the first day of every month. Currently, the market price stands at 0.5 gold for new investors or partners who wish to join our business initiative.

Grupo Bimbo reaffirms that its expansion strategy will continue to focus primarily on strengthening raw materials and food production, which are key sectors for the company’s sustainable growth.

We also announce that our employees in Argentina receive legal labor benefits, including bonuses, food allowances, and Christmas bonuses. These benefits are granted after employees complete an initial 15-day training period, after which their formal employment contracts are established.

To ensure efficient management in the region, we have appointed a Regional Supervisor in Argentina, TRANCA, who is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the areas of logistics, accounting, and human resources, ensuring efficient administration of our operations in the country.

Finally, we reaffirm our commitment to transparency and continuous communication by maintaining monthly reports for our employees, partners, and investors.
