Hey everyone.

Kindly find the Global GSS/GPS Country Ratings for the month of October, updated considering the new changes introduced in the gameplay.
I figured the ratings required a much needed update as I didn't factor in the effect on country ideology, hence I've updated the list.
Conversely, I've taken down the article on air weapons as it wasn't relevant without factoring in the ideologies.

GGS/GPS Country Rating ranks all countries based on their actractiveness to investment, per the following criteria.

GPS (GEEC Production Rating):  expresses the actractiveness of a country based on the average production bonus of all its territories, for each product category. The possible ratings are:

 A: Extremely valuable territories. Invest.
B: Valuable territories. Invest, but you likely won't beat the market.
C: Less valuable territories. Do not invest unless the GGS ranking is high/you are the government
D: Not valuable territories. Do not invest.

GGS (GEEC Gold Rating): expresses the actractiveness of a country based on the average cost of labor, expressed in gold, of producing a single Q5 unit of each product category. It considers the land production buff, country buff, pollution, building buff and effect of Communism/Capitalism ideology. The possible ratings are:

A: Cheapest to produce. By all means invest.
B: Cheap to produce. You can invest but you'll likely won't beat the market.
C: Less cheap to produce. Do not invest unless you are the govt/you have advantageous policy (eg. you're a citizen), yet you might retain your companies there.
D: Most expensive to produce. Do not invest, you might consider relocating your companies.
H: High risk high reward. Technically low cost of labor, but the country is very instable (only 1 territory, weak government, low liquidity on the currency market).
For any comment/suggestion/complaint about the ratings, feel free to comment.

DISCLAIMER: the base assumption is that the standpoint is the one of an investor that relies on NPC workforce, and is not a citizen of the country where he is investing in.

Let me know if you think there are other factors that shall be considered, in order to provide even more accurate ratings in the future.
