Founded on September 14th, Bavaria Economy AG celebrates its one-month anniversary today, on October 14th.

For this reason, I would like to summarize the milestones achieved so far and provide an outlook for the future.


​First of all, many thanks to Sternenlord and KINGELIAS, who actively supported me in building up the Bavaria Economy AG.


This is the second, shorter, and more concrete version of the article. I personally believe that most readers are more interested in the hard facts than in the “secondary” story behind the holding’s development. 1. Founding and Early Days

On the evening of September 14th, KINGELIAS and I decided to found a holding. Since our funds were barely sufficient, Sternenlord, our main investor, helped us out.

After a rough start, partly due to the precarious situation in Italy at that time, I began the gradual process of making the holding more and more self-sufficient.

2. The BE-AG is now officially self-sustaining!

From the moment this article is published, the holding is no longer just “a means to better organize companies,” as I used to say, but a truly independent enterprise.

This also means that from now on, all transactions made by or for the holding are considered loans, with 3% interest for ≤ 10 Gold and 5% for > 10 Gold.

These loans must be repaid within one month; otherwise, a penalty interest of 20% of the loan amount will be charged for each additional month.

Now that we’ve discussed the founding and credibility of BE-AG, let’s move on to the numbers:

- Three production countries: Germany,     Italy, and Croatia

- 7 companies, including 3 farms and 4       bakeries
- 14 shareholders

- A paid-out dividend worth 10 Gold


3. Outlook for the Future

In the coming months, the holding will focus on upgrading its factories to maximize profit and efficiency.

Although not planned for the near future, it will eventually need to purchase or build new production facilities to offer a broad range of bread qualities.

In terms of financing, there will also be a major change due to recent developments. Instead of selling all goods immediately, they will now be accumulated and sold every two weeks to keep better track of how much money the holding can spend.
(This period may be extended to one month to align with the accounting reports.)

Erst einmal vielen Dank an Sternenlord und KINGELIAS, die mich tatkräftig unterstützt haben, die Bavaria Economy AG aufzubauen.

Dies ist die zweite, kürzere und konkretere Version des Artikels. Ich war und bin nämlich der Meinung, dass die meisten, die diesen Artikel lesen, mehr an den harten Fakten, als an die "nebensächliche" Geschichte der Holding interessiert sind. Sollte jemand jedoch die erste Version dennoch lesen wollen, so werde ich sie auf dem Discord Server der BE-AG, unter dem Reiter "Europe's Economy", bereitstellen ( https://discord.gg/7xJgbHD4V ).

1. Gründung und erste Tage

Am Abend des 14. September, entschlossen KINGELIAS und ich uns, eine Holding zu gründen. Da unser Geld jedoch kaum ausreichte, half Sternenlord, unser Hauptinvestor, uns aus.

Nach dem holprigen Start, auch aufgrund der damaligen prekären Lage in Italien, begann ich dann mit der schrittweisen aurtarkisierung der Holding.

2. Die BE-AG ist nun offiziell selbsterhaltend!

Ab dem Zeitpunkt der Veröffentlichung dieses Artikels, ist die Holding nicht mehr nur "eine Möglichkeit zur besseren Organisierung von Firmen", wie ich zu sagen pflegte, sondern ein wahrhaftig eigenständiges Unternehmen.

Damit meine ich auch, dass ab diesem Zeitpunkt alle Transaktionen von oder für die Holding, als Kredit gelten und somit 3% Zinsen für ≤ 10 Gold, sowie 5% für > 10 Gold anfallen.

Außerdem muss dieser innerhalb eines Monats zurückgezahlt werden, andernfalls sind pro weiterem Monat Strafzinsen in Höhe von 20% des Kredites fällig.

Da wir nun die Gründung, sowie die Seriösität der BE-AG besprochen haben, kommen wir nun zu den Zahlen:

Drei Produktionsländer, darunter Deutschland, Italien und Kroatien

- 7 Firmen, darunter 3 Farmen und 4       Bäckereien

- 14 Aktienbesitzer

- Eine ausgezahlte Dividende im Wert von   10 Gold

3. Aussichten für die Zukunft

In den nächsten Monaten wird sich die Holding darauf konzentrieren, ihre Fabriken aufzuwerten, um den Profit und die Effizienz zu maximieren.

Obwohl nicht für die nächste Zeit angedacht, wird sie deshalb langfristig neue Produktionsanlagen kaufen/bauen müssen, um ein breites Angebot an allen Brot-Qualitäten zu bieten.

In Sachen Finanzierung ändert sich aufgrund der jüngsten Entwicklungen auch etwas wesentliches. Statt wie bisher alle Waren direkt zu verkaufen, werden sie nun angesammelt und alle zwei Wochen verkauft, um besser im Blick zu haben, wie viel Geld die Holding ausgeben kann.

(Ggf. wird diese Zeit auf einen Monat verlängert, um parallel zu den Buchhaltungsberichten agieren zu können)
