During this term I'll be mainly focused on stabilizing our production again, with Temple of Godma and local Entrepreneurs being the main focus, meanwhile rebuilding our Hospitals back.

The Plan :
- global trading to get our needs of gold in buildings (18.5g a building), we will need around 500g this month
- subsidy program for local entrepreneurs is under my personal research, which should eventually increase our overall production 
- building hospitals, as simple as that
- Godma will be providing builders with Q5 food to build the hospitals faster
- spawning more NPCs by re activating the deactivated companies which became like that due to the war

Goals and expectations:
- reaching 550 energy bar by 2026
- achieving 45 NPCs in cores
- keeping our currency controlled at 0.1g per 1 USD rate

Obstacles:
- currently we have no major top builder active, so building is at its slowest pace in a while
