Welcome to the third part of a series of five articles on exposing to the general public the broad outlines of the Liberal Movement. This section deals with international policy.

Creating a Free Hands Policy

In the course of its history, France has always played the game of alliances, bringing its share of profits but also its share of consequences. Some world wars have been devastating for the country's infrastructure and for the trade of our citizens.

We want to establish a "Free Hands" policy, the country will have a status of neutrality in respect of possible international conflicts but reserves the right to join an alliance if national interests are threatened. However, neutrality status does not mean non-intervention, players will be free to trade in both military and non-military goods to belligerent countries unless prohibited by the government.

Bringing Liberals together through dialogue

The Liberal Movement wishes to encourage dialogue between the liberal parties and movements of Eclesiar, regardless of their nationality and political situation. The aim of this consultation would be to enable the various movements to exchange their experiences, ideas and analyses on the economic and political issues they face.

This initiative would be independent of governments and would not undermine the autonomy of participating parties. It could also encourage exchanges between economic and entrepreneurial communities in different countries.

As liberalism does not stop at borders, we want to build lasting relations with those who share our principles.

We wish to recall that we do not claim to have a doctrine on each button of the game. We have some clear principles and apply them to the problems that arise. The Liberal Movement is above all a citizen movement where everyone can bring his ideas and debate the ideas of others freely!
