Infrastructure ranking Day 65: https://eclesiar.com/newspaper/56/article/422
Just like a month ago I'm happy to present Infrastructure Ranking. Day 95, 2025-01-03.

Biggest leapers:
Brasil - UP 8 places - having no direct war during WW2 allowed them to jump by ridiculous 8 places. Placing them in 2nd place, might expect them taking the lead of this ranking in near future.
Saudi Arabia - UP 7 places - confidently coming for TOP 3 spot, Saudis are well known for being great at building.
Slovenia - UP 7 places - rebuilt themselves very well after devastating war with Macedonia, Bulgaria and Lithuania.
Indonesia - UP 7 places - no direct confrontation allows them to raise up a bit.
Hungary - UP 7 places - one truly neutral country in the global conflict, using this opportunity to have competitive infrastructure for future.
Biggest plummet:
Japan - DOWN 16 places - did not want any wars in Asia but so happened that they initiated it and was the ones who suffered the most because of it. Combination of losing 6 Korean colonies, where they had decent infrastructure and absorbing 3 nuclear bombs was the cause of it.
China - DOWN 14 places - wipe by Astra alliance is the reason for this downfall.
Sweden - DOWN 10 places - Losing well maintained colonies in United Kingdom and losing South America colonies.
North Macedonia - DOWN 8 places - shrinking from 15 regions to only cores.
Bulgaria - DOWN 7 places - Greee with support from G30 entered Bulgarian cores and destroyed infrastructure.
Calculation:
Buildings raise and fall, we only count points for standing buildings.
Increased building cost because of 30+ citizens per country is also irrelevant to our calculation.
