As promised in the last article https://eclesiar.com/newspaper/26/article/1435
here is an updated list of the Freedom Index.
The countries in yellow have fewer than 10 active citizens but are included as they are close to 10 active citizens.

Sweden said we would declare war on one of the countries in the bottom of the list after one week. As Sweden at the moment has a NAP with Bulgaria, the choices were Bosnia and Herzegovina, or Japan.
The Swedish Congress decided to go to war against Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The previous article stated the war will carry on for minimum of 1 week, and last until the target government agrees to open up their market.
Suggested default NAP template for the Abolish Slavery Movement.
Side 1: Abolish Slavery Movement (Sweden, whoever joins us)
Side 2: *TARGET*
1. Side 1 is not allowed to fight against, declare war against, nuke or start resistance wars against Side 2.
2. Side 2 is not allowed to fight against, declare war against, nuke or start resistance wars against Side 1.
3. *TARGET* is free to take back any regions they held before the war, this war is NOT about territory.
4. *TARGET* agrees to improve and maintain their Freedom Rating as described in this article (https://eclesiar.com/newspaper/26/article/1435) to a score lower than 3. If you want advice on how to do this even after reading the explanation how it's calculated, the Abolish Slavery Movement is happy to give advice.
5. Neither side can change citizenships to get around this agreement.
6. If either side breaks the SPIRIT of this agreement, both sides agree to first sit down and discuss how to make things right. Damage done against the other side in battles should be compensated by dealing equal damage for the other side.
7. This agreement lasts for 30 days from the day of signing.
