In the interest of preserving stability and balance within the Eclesiar community, Croatia officially declares its neutrality in the ongoing geopolitical conflict between the EPIC and WET alliances.

? Diplomatic Relations with Both Alliances

This neutrality is not a sign of weakness or indecision, but the result of long-standing diplomatic cooperation and mutual respect between Croatian leadership and key members of both blocs. We especially highlight main reasons for this decision:

The USA and Slovenia from the EPIC alliance, with whom Croatia maintains a cooperative and incident-free relationship.
Poland, a new member of the WET alliance, which has historically been a trusted partner and ally in diplomacy.

Given these positive relations, we find it politically inappropriate and strategically unwise to side with either faction in a conflict that is polarizing the entire game world.

? Preserving Balance and Upholding Agreements

Croatia’s decision is grounded in both strategic reasoning and ethical concerns:

1. Preserving the balance of power – Joining EPIC, a bloc that already possesses significant military and territorial dominance, would further destabilize the delicate equilibrium in Eclesiar. We believe true competition thrives on balanced power dynamics, encouraging creativity, challenge, and longevity in the game.

2. Opposition to NAP violations announcements – Recent announcement of breaches of the Non-Aggression Pact by Poland, a WET member, have raised concerns within the Croatian leadership. We firmly believe that long-term trust and cooperation rely on the consistent honoring of such agreements, even under pressure.

? Our Doors Remain Open

Croatia remains fully open to cooperation, dialogue, and trade with all parties who respect principles of balance, mutual respect, and the rules agreed upon by the community. Our neutrality does not mean stepping away from the world stage – it is a call for higher diplomatic responsibility and a commitment to building bridges in a divided Eclesiar.
