At present, while we have no land, one way or another we all work for the occupiers, neighbors or others!

The main reason is our weak development, disunity and lack of our own market.

In order to preserve and accumulate resources within the country and citizens of Russia, I propose to try to consolidate the production of resources and markets for individual (active) citizens.

Organise a Planned Economy!

  1. Work at Russian enterprises, enterprises managed by Russian citizens. Salaries should be fixed at all primary resource enterprises and factories.

  2. The sale of resources must also be at a fixed price, even if it is more expensive or cheaper than the market, so that our producers in factories can buy them, knowing who to buy from.

  3. It is also necessary to work as employees only at our enterprises, while the employer must provide the PP in accordance with the fixed PP specified in paragraph 1.

  4. The main emphasis should be placed on the production of food and weapons, as well as on the development of these enterprises.

  5. It is also necessary to buy products (weapons and food) from specific sellers, so that the currency is again sent to purchase raw materials and so on in a circle.

With new players it will be more difficult, while they organize and understand what they want to play or not, but for a speedy understanding important theses and norms should be fixed in information about the country (if possible) can of course be in discord, but for example I do not have it, it does not work here.

Maybe I need to collect the players' opinions, triple the vote, maybe my thoughts should be adjusted.
