I have a concern regarding the game's rules for detecting and handling multiple accounts.
Unfortunately, I have realised that players in Iran who connect to the game using mobile data from the same mobile operator are being identified as multi-account users because the operator assigns a shared public IP address.
This can happen even when the players are real individuals who live hundreds of kilometres apart and each uses their own separate phone and device.
As a result, considering that Iran has only five major mobile network operators, it effectively means that only five people in the entire country can safely play Eclesiar without risking their accounts.
I hope this major issue in the game's detection system can be fixed as soon as possible.
