They say Rome wasn't build in a day. Bulgarian builders have something to say about that.

The southern jewel of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast recently unveiled the new cutting-edge diagnostics wing of the already developed Great Burgas Hospital. With that, it is expected for citizens across Bulgaria and Western Turkey to flock to the harbor city to get diagnostics and better treatment for various ailments.

We asked Petar Tuhlov, an imposing contractor, on what he thinks about the new wing.

"It's alright," he said while taking a drag from his wrinkled cigarette.

The cigarette's smoke blended readily with the breeze that wafted in the industrial smog of the nearby Copper Mine district.

"I might get me one of those MRIs that the New Bulgarian Party brought in," Tuhlov added after a coughing fit that resulted in the hawking out of brown phelgm, "They sure know how to get the job done."

With the completion of the Great Burgas Hospital, the government now shifts its eye towards to another medical project, this time in the Northeast. A region desperate to receive the well-known generosity of the NBP.
