Dear French and French,

Tomorrow sets a new chapter in our national history, the one where you will decide who will lead the nation jointly with the government for a period of one month. This election is important not only for the country, but also for the party that seeks to build and structure a majority in the Congress in order to best carry out the reforms promised to the citizens.

As some have already shown,capitalist ideology has received a change in its functioning directly impacting the tax revenues of countries with this ideology. France must taking this turning point seriously and adapting our public policies to this change.

However, do not let yourself be influenced by the simplistic discourses of erecting capitalist ideology as a public enemy, and of proposing as the only solution, that of choosing another. The reality isn't that simple, and many nuances require. Since the introduction of the system of ideologies, the country has always had a predominantly capitalist congress, the national economy but also the functioning of the state has developed around and thanks to this ideology. It is reducing to think the reduction in taxes leads to less wealth. The State's revenue alone is not national wealth. Lower taxation may also reduce costs supported by businesses and consumers.

The Damocles sword that hovers above our heads is that of foreign competition. Of course we have to distinguishing two competition- the one which is integrated into the economy of the country with local production and the one which produces abroad without contributing to the national economy. It would be paranoid to think that foreign competition aims to "sinking our economy» because any producer meets a goal above all profit.

We must agree all French merchants on a Commercial Treaty which would be imposed on foreign investors and producers. This Treaty would be rules to ensure the stability of our market, such as impose local production or compliance with market prices. Clearly, the ML does not wish to eliminate any public intervention. The State must be able to intervene when the French economy encounters a concrete problem, particularly in the strategic or deficit sectors.
