中国政府谨向国际社会宣布，中国计划于明日开始行动，争取控制哥伦比亚首都波哥大（Bogotá）。

这一决定是在与巴西进行外交讨论后作出的。目前，哥伦比亚没有活跃玩家，波哥大是哥伦比亚唯一尚未被占领的地区，而其他哥伦比亚领土已经分别由巴西和法国控制。

此外，哥伦比亚前总统 Ravan 目前也已不再活跃于游戏中。考虑到哥伦比亚目前缺乏活跃的领导层和玩家，我们认为波哥大可以得到更好的发展和利用。

在充分考虑当前情况后，我们决定与巴西讨论这一提议。我们感谢巴西对中国这一决定的理解与支持，也感谢他们愿意支持中国接管并发展波哥大。

我们的目标与承诺：

• 发展波哥大，为当地经济增长作出贡献。

• 加强中国经济，培养和发展我们的战斗人员。

• 与其他国家保持和平、友好和良好的外交关系。

• 如果未来有活跃的哥伦比亚玩家回归，并希望重建自己的国家，我们愿意重新讨论归还该地区的可能性。

我们的立场非常明确： 这并不是为了永久消灭哥伦比亚，也不是为了剥夺未来哥伦比亚玩家重建国家的机会。

中国自身也深知拥有一片属于自己的领土有多么重要，因为中国最初也只获得了自己的首都作为自由领土。我们相信，每个国家都应该拥有存在和发展的机会。

🇨🇳 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: CHINA'S PLANS FOR BOGOTÁ

The Government of China would like to inform the international community about its decision to begin a campaign to take control of Bogotá, Colombia, starting tomorrow.

This decision comes after diplomatic discussions with Brazil regarding Colombia's current situation. At present, Colombia has no active players, and its capital, Bogotá, remains the only free territory. The other Colombian territories are already occupied by Brazil and France.

Additionally, Colombia's former president, Ravan, is currently inactive in the game. Considering the absence of active Colombian leadership and players, we believe Bogotá could be developed and put to productive use.

After considering the situation, we decided to discuss our proposal with Brazil. We appreciate Brazil's understanding and support for China's decision to take Bogotá and develop the region.

Our intentions and commitments:

• Develop Bogotá and contribute to its economic growth.

• Strengthen China's economy and develop our fighters.

• Maintain peaceful and friendly diplomatic relations with other nations.

• Keep the possibility of returning Bogotá open if active Colombian players return and wish to rebuild their country.

Our position is clear: This is not an attempt to permanently eliminate Colombia or deny future Colombian players the opportunity to rebuild their nation.

China itself understands the importance of having a territory to call home, having received only its capital as free territory. We believe every nation deserves an opportunity to exist and develop.

Our decision is based on Colombia's current inactivity. If active Colombian players return and wish to rebuild their country, China is willing to discuss the territory's future.

We thank Brazil for its understanding and support, and look forward to continued diplomatic cooperation.
