Side 1 :
- Is not allowed to fight against, declare war against, nuke, start resistance or eco wars against Side 2
- Treaty of Medelin retains full control over South America + Mexico
- Cannot change citizenship to fight against side 2
Side 2:
- Is not allowed to fight against, declare war against, nuke, start resistance or eco wars against Side 1
- Takes control of the whole of Ukraine, keeps Voronezh, Tyumen, Moscow and Krasnodar in Russia, keeps 2 Lithuanain regions (Siaulai, Alytus) Has no claims to India, Indonesia, and Middle east for the remaining of this agreement.
- Needs USA permission to land in South America
- Cannot change citizenship to fight against side 1
- Side 2 will hold 2 Romanian cores (Cluj-Napoca and Timisoara) for a maximum for 20 days from the signing date, or until they accomplish their goals and fulfill their strategic needs for these regions.
If either side breaks the spirit of this agreement (including by change of Citizenship), both parties agree to first engage in discussion to resolve the issue. Any damage dealt in breach of this agreement should be compensated by dealing an equal amount of damage in favor of the injured party. This agreement lasts for 90 days starting day 290, up to and including Day 380.
EPIC retains its rights to alter the distribution of regions between EPIC countries as they see fit, or as according to the deals made.
