As we are continuing our presidential interview series, Vaske, the newly elected President of Serbia was kind enough, to answer my questions in regards of their plans and experience in Eclesiar.
────────────
Nekotique: What will be your top priorities for your presidency?
Vaske: Given that there are already certain agreements related to our country signed by the previous government of Serbia, the new government will fully respect them until they expire.
We possess 6 foreign regions, which allows us to have maximum energy. Therefore, we will strive to preserve them without the need to initiate any more aggressive policies until the expiration of the NAP.In that case, the focus of this government remains primarily on developing the country's own economy. Although we are currently the eighth country in terms of the number of active players, the majority of them are two-clickers or new players. Additional attention will be dedicated to equipping and training new players with the goal of increasing the country's combat effectiveness for future wars.
In addition, a slight division among players has occurred in Serbia, and an opposition has been formed. The goal is certainly to maintain good relations, cooperation, and dialogue with them, because tomorrow we will fight under the same flag. Evidently, the very situation of Serbia existing as a country on the map for months has forced us to deal with internal politics, which, for Serbs, never goes without problems.
That is why one of the key things I expect from the members of my government is activity and focus — until the very end of the term. I believe that a clear distribution of responsibilities can significantly improve the overall efficiency of the country’s policy.
Nekotique: What do you think of the current global scene of Eclesiar, now that WW4 have ended?
Vaske: Regarding the global scene and the finished wars, we have once again gotten a picture of which countries are the true powers on the server. The number of their players equipped for war, their capacity for supplies, adrenaline, and other boosters has somewhat opened our eyes. We realized that the very fact that we still exist on the map is, for the most part, due to luck and skillful negotiation, and not a reason for our power as a country.
All in all, some new records have been set in the game, and as long as there is a balance between the world powers, the game will be interesting.

Nekotique: Can you share with us a personal story, that affected your journey greatly here in Eclesiar (either in the choice to run for presidency, something positive, negative)?
Vaske: My story in this game... well.
I came in on day 40 of the game, at a moment when we were erased from the map by Macedonia. Realizing the situation Serbia was in and the number of its players, I wanted to quit the game after just 10 minutes. And here I am, still here, 299 days later. The pack slowly grew, factory by factory was built, and coming to Serbia today compared to that moment is much easier for new players. I hope to see more new players, it would be interesting to be able to compete with the world powers in wars and the economy...────────────
Nekotique: If there's a message you would like to share with my readers, what would that be?
Vaske: Every step in this game is recorded in its history. The situation is what it is right now , but you never know what tomorrow may bring. And every Serb keeps a spare bullet at home.
A message for my citizens: "Nek nemamo ništa, do jedno zrno soli. Al' nek sve bude njime osoljeno. I kada nam sve odnesu vode i vatre, to jedno zrno — neka nam bude sve."
