​The Congress of the State of Albania formally confirms the complete electoral victory of Partia Fashiste Shqiptare (PFS), which has secured 100% representation and full legislative and executive authority.

The PFS-led Government is recognized as the sole legitimate governing body. All state institutions are instructed to implement government directives with immediate effect.

Congress authorizes the Government to demand the fulfillment of prior commitments by the Government of Croatia regarding the return of the designated Albanian region, in accordance with established Eclesiar diplomatic arrangements.

Additionally, Congress mandates the continuation and intensification of negotiations with the Government of Serbia concerning the withdrawal from occupied Albanian core regions, aiming to restore full sovereignty while preserving regional stability.

The State reaffirms that sovereignty, territorial integrity, and national unity are non-negotiable. While diplomacy remains the preferred path, the Government is authorized to employ all lawful political, economic, and strategic measures under the Eclesiar framework.
