To the peoples of Serbia, North Macedonia, Italy, Greece, Bulgaria, Turkey, Japan, the United States, India, Chile and others.

We write to you in a moment when silence is no longer possible. We stand against the power in Europe that does not respect borders, treaties, or the will of nations. Germany is not content with its own land. It reaches into the affairs of others and it will not stop.

We do ask you to help us. We do ask you to remember your own history.

To Serbia, Bulgaria and North Macedonia: you do know what it means to be pressured by a stronger neighbor. You have paid for your freedom in blood. Do not let others pay the same price alone.

To Italy and Greece: you are the cradle of Europe's oldest civilizations. You have seen empires rise and fall, and you know that no empire lasts forever. Germany does not come as a partner. It comes as a master.

To Japan: you built your future with your own hands and refused to bow. You understand what it means to face a power that believes only in its own strength.

To the United States: you were born from a struggle against distant rule. Your own declaration says that all peoples have the right to choose their own government. Do not look away when that right is taken from others.

To India: you won your freedom without waiting for permission. You know that independence is not given — it is claimed.

To Chile: you are far from Europe, but no nation is truly far when the principle of self-determination is at stake. You have known foreign hands in your own affairs. You know the cost.

We ask for your voice, your trade, your recognition, your help and your refusal to stand aside. Even a word in our defense is a blow against those who would silence us.

Help us while help still matters. Stand with us while standing is still possible.
