1. Trendo: Please introduce yourself to the readers.

Shayan: I'm Shayan. 37 years old and a Marketing Director for tech startups / Crypto guy IRL! From Iran, Tehran.

Trendo: I wish you luck in that endeavor.

2.
Trendo: Who is Shayan outside the game?

Shayan: I spend most of my time online since everything I do is tied to the internet. If I'm not in work related meetings, or don't play games, I go outside town for vacation or touch grass mostly with family.

3.
Trendo: Congratulations on being elected as Supreme Commander of BOT. How was the election, did you have opponents?

Shayan: Thank you so much. Yes I had competition but since it was the first election, it was more like an agreement in order to build a structure for the alliance in first month. So the other guys decided to give me the privilege for month 1.
Trendo:  I see, so since you are the one put in charge during the most crucial period of the alliance inception we should see you as a great asset to BOT.

4.
Trendo: Reading your BOT Declaration im left with the impression of a passive stance, leaving contact information and waiting for countries to call you. Do you have some proactive plans in mind, such as maybe initiating talks with ex-members of BOT?

Shayan: We are always open to talk. Even the current wars we had, enemies even know I tried to avoid them so early in the game and I had my own reasons. Sometimes people forget it's a political game as well and only see the fight button. Or sometimes they think you are willing to talk because of a weakness.
Yes we have active plans. And having ex members is just normal this early in the game. We always supported their decision and we are having great relations with them sometimes I talk to them everyday.
The fact that they decided not to have big wars early in the game and focus on the development is something they absolutely have right to choose and I sometimes even supported that decision. In fact I can say my relationship with some of ex-members are better now than before! We understand each other better now.
In fact I expect more changes in near future in alliances. Because that's what always happens early in games.

Trendo: Yes, maybe we can see China fully integrate into BOT.

5.
Trendo: Do you think something should be changed in the game?

Shayan: I think many things could change. But as I understand digital product development, I think developer did a good job overall. And I see they listen to the community feedback closely. Some of the features / mechanics are so restrictive and they push too much community involvement and limit the growth possibilities of individuals.
And leading a community is very time consuming and exhausting. The pollution and economy system, while is good, it forces people to get workers in unormal ways. The example is I myself everyday should DM at-least 5-6 people and tell them don't forget to work(they only play 2 click because I force them to). I think those things can be improved.

Trendo: Agreed, the different play styles of running the country require different levels of effort. Its an annoying challenge, but on the other hand i suppose its like a safety net for noobs. They can do their own inefficient thing easily and coexist with veterans that need to put more effort for their improved output.

Trendo: A Swedish financial analyst had just published his suspicions about Pringles Bank. Im expecting another analyst to shed his light on the 26th of October. But now that i have the opportunity to talk with you who is directly involved with PB, can we clarify this once and for all, is it legit or scam?
Shayan: It's legit. And it doesn't even need analysis to know if it's legit or not. You can just look at the main shareholder behavior. And the constant demand for stocks.
It is our own holding in Iran. It covers our own needs first and foremost. It was planned from beta. It has a dedicated team of customers and shareholders who were chosen from beta. The fact that there is/was chance for some other players to be involved is a big opportunity for them.
And we will test different strategies that we think may be successful, we test and try, keep what works and eliminate the rest.
That's all they need to know about the Pringles Holding. Other things are just noise.

7.
Trendo: How much time do you spend on the game?

Shayan: Too much!

8.
Trendo: Is Shayan your real name? How did you come up with it?

Shayan: Yes! It means worthy. My parents did ??

9.
Trendo: If you have watched Game of Thrones, you remind me of Beric Dondarrion, do you agree?

Shayan: I didn't each GoT! Surprisingly.

10.
Trendo: What is the most fun thing you did in the game? And/or most fond memory.

Shayan: If I wanna be honest with you, this game for me is a training for the mind, not a fun. It's a training for how to lead, how to control emotions, how to create a community, how to communicate... The fun is when you learn. You can't expect gym training to be always fun!

Trendo: Thats a good way to look at it. It sounds like you have found a lot of value in the challanges that the game offer. Sometimes the most rewarding experience comes from growth and learning.

Trendo: What is your zodiac sign?

Shayan: Scorpio ♏️

12.
Trendo: Do you have something to say to our readers?

Shayan: People mock me when I talk about "morality". No one is perfect. And it's a political game we understand that.
But it's a small community. Many people know each other already. At-least you can try to keep it humane. You can try not to betray the trust of people. You can try not to expose secrets. Not to say you are "friend" and then backstab that word when things get hard.
I may have a lot of flaws myself. But at-least i can TRY!

I use this opportunity to denounce senseless violence and call for world peace.
