After suffering a humiliating defeat in the Polish presidential election three days ago, the former polish government issued a statement earlier today outlining their plan to regain the people's confidence before the next election. The former government faced heavy scrutiny after signing a 90-day Non Aggression Pact with the EPIC alliance without fighting a single battle. According to exit polls performed by The Leading Institute of Global Media Administration, 87% of polish voters were disappointed by the premature peace deal, with as many as 64% calling the treaty "not EPIC".

When asked by members of the press whether he regretted signing the NAP, the leader of the opposition responded, “Our citizens are mostly newcomers with no combat experience. The only way forward for Poland is to build buildings until the remainder of the baby boom has left the game as well.” He then raised his voice dramatically: “What the world needs now is for Poland to unite with nations across the globe in order to deliver a devastating blow to EPIC.” The audience reportedly erupted in cheers, only for him to continue, “In the form of a world-encompassing… 365-day NAP.”

Whether this bold strategy is enough to capture the hearts of the polish citizens remain to be seen. If nothing else, the proposed NAP ensures there’ll be no distractions during Poland’s next national building phase.
