So a foreign holding company is posing as a Polish national asset; I suppose they pay customs duty since everything is done outside our country. We check everything online: foreign ownership, but it’s all legal and they don’t pay any customs duty...

Possible solution:
The holding is a solution for more experienced players. In its current form, it is pointless. How can this be fixed?
1. Allow anyone in any country to set up a holding company.
2. A holding company may only include firms from the core regions of the country in which it was established.
What does this give us? A win-win situation. You pay no customs duties for producing goods and employing staff in our country.
