I like to announce few things.

- the Alliance is disbanded in encouragement for the global relationships reset, it's members will keep on holding friendly relationships toward each other but the alliance will not be revived.

- Treaty of Medellin is now Treaty of Talons, with it's members being Chile and United States

- Mexico city and Bogota remain a US land but having it's own government.
