The answer is no.
Don't get PRM confused with PRI. Partido Revolución Mexicana is the party founded by Mexican president Lázaro Cárdenas; El Tata Lázaro (Father Lázaro). He wasn't a priest, however, he earned the love of mexican people, that's why he is called "Tata" of the indigenous people and all Mexicans. The PRM did many benevolous actions, such as the "Farmands distribution", a promise from the Mexican revolution not fulfilled until Lázaro Cárdenas's government. Other actions took by Cárdenas was the oil expropriation: The oil rightfully owned by Mexico was being exploited by the USA and other european countries... At least until then. This list can continue for hours, however, the fact that he was hated by large corporations and loved by the masses is enough to comprehend the impact of this man.
Now, Partido Revolución Institucional, (PRI), is a party founded by Manuel Ávila Camacho. The same party got corrupted and started a decaying process since 1959, when it started slowly becoming rather a dangerous corrupt institution rather than a party formed after the principles of the Mexican revolution. Instead of supporting people like PRM, started slowly turning into the infamous government of Mexico we know today. Among many actions, PRI presidents and associates are responsible for things such as: The slaughter of Tlatelolco, the Dirty wars, the drug lord problems in Mexico, the infamous police corruption method "La mordida", the devaluation of the Mexican Peso currency, killing incalculated amount of innocents (probably more than WW2), among many others.
