India's rapid growth in citizens is creating new opportunities—and new challenges. To understand how the government approaches employment and economic participation, The National Chronicle spoke with Kratos of the Ministry of Labour.

Q1. What are the main responsibilities and priorities of the Ministry of Labour?

Kratos: The government's responsibility is to manage government-owned and government-run businesses, produce and sell items or store them for future use, and most importantly, provide employment for people.

He pointed to recent government activity, including the completion of two days that generated 10 jobs at a farm and 6 jobs at an aviation centre.

Q2. How can new players improve their economic position?

Kratos: Players need to play aggressively, train, learn in universities, and get a job. He described these activities as something citizens should make part of their daily routine.

According to Kratos, once players develop themselves economically, they can move on to opening businesses and earning more money.

Q3. Does the government have plans to encourage employment and economic participation?

Kratos: Kratos emphasized the development of private businesses. He proposed a two-part approach, beginning with higher import taxes so that India's population consumes more domestically produced goods.

His argument is that greater domestic consumption could encourage foreign companies to establish more businesses in India, creating additional employment opportunities.

He also stated that, if the National Worker Party is voted into power, it would pursue even greater employment opportunities.

Q4. What is one thing citizens misunderstand about the labour system?

Kratos: He argued that citizens should not expect the country to simply provide for them, emphasizing that India is not a charity.

Instead, he encouraged citizens to work hard, participate in the economy, run businesses, vote in elections, make informed choices about leadership, and actively pursue opportunities.

Q5. What would you like to see India's labour market look like in the future?

Kratos: India is currently the third-largest country on the server by citizen population, according to Kratos, with much of the recent population growth occurring over the last few days.

His goal is for Indian citizens to become job creators rather than job seekers—creating employment, paying taxes, and helping build what he described as “the Bharatam we deserve.”
