Introduction

Recently, an article called "A Call for a New Beginning" by Passionce was published.

In the article there was a list of 5 ideas, number 1 mentioned a fairer distribution of regions, and number 5 mentioned a capital for every country with 10 active players.

So what does a "fair distribution" actually look like? I ran some scenarios using active players, restoring capitals, and restoring capitals to only countries with 10+ active players.

What other ways can you guys think of doing regional distribution, other than just warring for whatever a country can grab?
