Your energy bar at the top left of your screen is not the same for every country. Some citizens have a maximum of 100 energy, while others can go up to 500 max energy. This is thanks to the number and levels of hospitals in the regions controlled by your country.
In this article, you'll find a ranking of the top 15 countries that provide the highest maximum energy for their citizens through hospitals.



 I also wanted to include the drop rate of medical kits, which increases with each hospital level, but I couldn’t find exact information about the percentages. So, we'll save that topic for another time. However, keep in mind that in the top-ranked country, you’ll find medical kits dropping several times more frequently than in the 15th-ranked one.
