Its safe to say that Croatia don’t respect NAP. And anyone that made NAP with Croatia, is fooled. WET, Slovenia… anyone.

We call upon the international community to deal with Croatias act of terror. 

Any NAP signed with Croatia doesnt have to be respected anymore. By international law you will not be judged for attacking Croatia as they have actively chosen to break their word.
