2. Side 2 is forced to share "Steel Talons" Military Unit authority with Side 1
3. Steel Talons MU Vice Leadership is determined by Sosa Sosta
4. Imperious MJ remain Steel Talons leader
5. New Age and Atlantic holding regain thier American Nationality under the condition of causing no harm to the American economy 
6. Steel Talons name will change into "American Commonwealth Forces"

Treaty Statement 

They say the best way to solve your problem with a comrade is to fist fight, as it will clean all the bad blood, regardless who won, you'd be satisfied, this is how soldiers solve thier disputes of relationships.
