Non-Aggression Pact (NAP)
Between:
Side 1: EPIC Alliance (Saudi Arabia, Slovenia, United States of America, Chille,  Brazil, Japan)
Side 2: Romania

Purpose

This agreement establishes a temporary state of non-aggression and cooperation between the EPIC Alliance and Romania. Both parties agree to uphold the following terms in good faith for the duration of the pact.

Terms of Agreement

Side 1 EPIC Alliance agrees to:

  • Refrain from engaging in any military battles against Side 2.
  • Not declare war on Side 2.
  • Not engage in market-based hostilities against Side 2.
  • Not launch nuclear attacks against Side 2.
  • Not initiate resistance wars in regions currently controlled by Side 2.
  • Not claim, fight for, or attempt to take control of any currently held Romanian regions.
  • Retain control over all currently held regions, including any previously held by Side 2, unless otherwise agreed.

Side 2 (Romania), agrees to:

  • Refrain from engaging in any military battles against Side 1.
  • Not declare war on Side 1.
  • Not engage in market-based hostilities against Side 1.
  • Not launch nuclear attacks against Side 1.
  • Not initiate resistance wars in regions currently controlled by Side 1.
  • Not claim, fight for, or attempt to take control of the following regions:
    • India
    • Iran
    • Iraq
    • Indonesia
    • Israel
    • North and South America territories
    • Pakistan
    • Lithuania
  • Retain full control of all Romanian Cores and remaining colonies in Europe
  • Both sides can choose to agree to start training wars for BH farming on the duration of the NAP.

Territorial Clarification

  • Side 1 retains all regions currently under their control, including any formerly held by Side 2.
  • Side 2 retains all Romanian cores +  currently held colonies and will not attempt to expand into restricted regions listed above.

Conflict Resolution

Should either party violate this agreement:

  • Both parties will enter direct communication with the goal of resolving the issue diplomatically.
  • Any damage inflicted in violation of the pact must be compensated with damage of equal value in favor of the harmed party.

Duration: This Non-Aggression Pact will remain in effect for a period of 60 days, commencing from the date of signing. So starting from day 249 to day 309 including day 309.
