Have you heard that some people are confused about how a NAP works? Apparently, only the countries listed in it when you sign it are protected. It turns out that you can't just add new member countries and then cry about someone breaking a NAP for attacking them. Who could have known? Surely nobody would do something like this, right? ... Right?
