1. Trendo: Please introduce yourself to the readers.
   Cimi: I am Cimi.

2. Trendo: Who is Cimi outside the game?
   Cimi: Regular guy I guess, working, sleeping and such. Besides gaming, I like to watch/play basketball as well, its one of the things I like the most. Last few years have been also travelling a lot, currently planning trips for next year still deciding on where to go, waiting for input from my girlfriend as well.
 
3.  Trendo: How does it feel to be a mod? Do you ever miss your days as an unrestricted player?
     Cimi: It's tiring, stressfull and not very rewarding often times but well, I commited myself to helping out Cicero and I want to see thriving game so i am willing to help out as much as i can.
Yeah I do miss playing as unrestricted player, when you are outside of the box you see so many things that you would do different in a lot of areas but well, it's a game everyone plays in their own way.
     Trendo: Do you get some compensation for the moderation, irl or ingame?
     Cimi: Gems baby, showering in them, splashing that cash.. Okay to get back on track and answer, I get gems as do other mods.
     Trendo: Your position is perfect for making multies, how can you make us sleep easier at night and convince us that you dont abuse your powers?
     Cimi: Well in the end as someone said yesterday »It's all words«, no matter what I say people will have their own opinion. I sleep super easy at night since, having full time job + doing this is tiring me out quite  well.
But if it helps anyone to decide, what would be the point of me cheating, i would be doing really bad job right now, I didn't win any tournaments on rankings I am not even top 15 anywhere I think.  
 I would not do as much as i do right now for the game, with testing new features, doing moderation, helping people, inviting other people into the game as much as I do if i was cheating...  I have 52 invited players already, and I keep.. let's say invite people to the game through sending mass messages to people :D  , I only have 10 confirmed people that reached level 10, few others did not confirm (if you are my reff and didn't confirm, DO IT), rest stopped before but yeah I am spending tremendous amounts of time trying to help the game in anyway I can, to ruin that with stupid stuff like doing multies with a chance of being found out and ruining game for everyone, yeah not gonna risk it and also i have too much pride in not cheating and playing fair to do it.  
Also you can rest assured Cicero might not do moderating of the game but he does moderate me, as I moderate my mods.
I hope that helps you decide if I am cheating or abusing power or not, oh and I forgot i am also restricted in the way i can play the game as well.
   Trendo: Have you been accused of game abuse so far, i think i vaguely remember some incident in the last beta or alpha?
   Cimi: Yes quite recently.
   Trendo: Speaking of tournaments people say they are rigged, even i feel so sometimes. Do you have the power to rig them?
   Cimi: No, I cant even see who registered for the tournament before the tournament even starts...

4. Trendo: What is the most difficult challenge you had to face as a game moderator?
    Cimi: Learning curve on the lengths people would go to cheat... It's quite impressive, i never cared to win sooo much that i would resort to cheating especially going to such lengths... Insane...
Biggest Discord challenge was, Znarch. Hi.

5. Trendo: If you had the power to instantly do 1 change to the game, what would it be?
    Cimi: Empower overextension or add mechanic like in some other games determination with every day region is occupied higher damage for revolution this is something on the top of my head. I would also say design of the game improvements big time to satisfy all that need pretty looking game as well together with app for phones.
That is not 1 thing, but it's hard to decide I was thinking something along these lines.

6. Trendo: People accuse you of racism and homophobia, are those qualities appropriate for a moderator?
   Cimi: 100% .
Ok to be serious, this is so random from trolling by Znarch and Nameless, it's ridicoulus that anyone would take it serious haha.

7. Trendo: How much time do you spend on the game?
    Cimi: Way too much, from moderating going through multi reports from system every day (Now that Drake is level 3 mod i leave user reports to him), answering tickets and PMs on discord, testing features and fixes on test server before implemented in the game, inviting people to the game by sending a lot of messages on certain sites,  taking care of our todo list – adding stuff, changing priority. Helping out Cicero on deciding on some stuff, overall there is a lot to do, most recently, well even now we have crisis about payment processor cancelling on us and us scrambling to find new one – we are in contact with one provider about it already.  There is also quite few other things i have to manage from mods to arranging for translators, admin news, announcements and so on.

8. Trendo: Ciminator i get, but whats the story behind picking Cimi?
    Cimi: It's just nickname that stuck in RL as well, so i picked it on discord with friends but then used it everywhere.  It's play on my name/last name.

9. Trendo: If you have watched Game of Thrones, you remind me of Varys, do you agree?
    Cimi: Oh really? I would not expect that, it's hard to gauge what people think of me, i would never expect that, but i like the comparison except for the whole eunuch thing xD
Otherwise yeah hard to decide, on the other hand peeing of the Wall would be epic too -> Tyrion
   Trendo: I believe The Master of Whisperers is an apt title for you :D inbefore Znarch starts calling you Diddy too.

10. Trendo: What is the most fun thing you did in the game? And/or most fond memory.
     Cimi: Oof hard to say, so many things happened tbh, purely game stuff is hard because I am so limited in my gameplay 95% of what I do is take BHs, so i would say, taking BH by about 300 damage but no idea who it was against, both hitting last seconds.
    Trendo: If you werent a mod would you have involed yourself on a political level somwhere too?
    Cimi: Good question, probably I would yes. It's big part of the game, but i know its also very demanding depending on what you do and how much of a control you want to have.   Maybe would also be a bit of a traveller, experience different ways of playing and so on.

11. Trendo: What is your zodiac sign?
    Cimi: Umm no idea, need to check, apparently it's Aries, I never cared much for these signs.

12. Trendo: Do you have something to say to our readers?
     Cimi: I hope you keep enjoying the game, we are trying our hardest to provide fair playing field for you and get new patch out to you as soon as possible.  I know there have been some rough stuff happening lately but I think we can manage to get through that as well and come out stronger. I will do all that is in my power to make this path as smooth as possible for all, your opinions do matter and we are making some suprise as well in the future with 1.1. patch especially for holdings, Cicero made some nice update about transparency of them.
