Dear Greeks,

 Our country is going through the most difficult moment in its modern history.  Our state has shrunk so much that it reminds us of Greece in the 1830s, when we were struggling to get back on our feet after independence.  The Bulgarians brought destruction, but we do not flinch.

 The Greeks have proven that, even in the darkest moments, we find the light of hope.  The counterattack has begun!  Soldiers, civilians, all of us together, we are laying the groundwork for the final victory.  We will not stop, we will not retreat, until we liberate every corner of the Greek land that rightfully belongs to us.

 What is at stake is not only our lands.  It is our honor, our history, the future of our children.  We are fighting for a cause greater than ourselves: the nation of Greeks.

 Calling Everyone

 Get up!  Whether with a gun in hand, or supporting the country in any way possible, we all have a role in this struggle.

 Believe!  Victory will not come easily, but it will come, because we have soul and determination.


 This battle is not just for us.  It is for all those who gave their lives for Greece, for those who fought before us, and for those who will come after.

 Long live the Greek Nation!  Long live Niki!
