Hello, once again. This time I'd like to point out a scam that happened recently, but what's even more shocking is how this is being treated by the Eclesiar staff.

Long story short, I invested in a stock company called legionario (can't make clickable link, so here's the link itself - https://eclesiar.com/holding/41), main reason was the assets they had vs price of each new share, I reached out to the CEO, he was nice enough to create a discord server where we discussed future plans. Well, recently I asked how the progress is going, since there was no answer, I checked the stock company myself and saw a q5 company is gone and new CEO was suddenly Calheta (I asked him for comments, I do not yet know what his involvement in this is)...

Since this was a clear indication of a scam, I made a ticket, but the answer from the staff shocked me. I was pretty much told "tough luck, invest smarter next time". So, let me get this straight, the game has tools to check what happened, but they're INTENTIONALLY unwilling to do so? Does that mean scammers are welcome in the game? Scamming is legal? Is that the game we want to play? Judge for yourselves and please share your opinion in the comments.

I had 2 options, either I keep this for myself and start scamming others to gain an advantage (would be easy with a few articles and initial injection of capital) or go public with this story and see what the community thinks about it. It's obvious what I chose. I demand for the addition of new rules against scamming, sanctioning of the scammer as well as full compensation for the shareholders. I do not accept the logic "it's like that in real life", because it is very clear and simple who did what here and staff should be doing their best to offer fair play to all of its players.

Here's some answers from the staff :
